As happens with all alliances, especially when the member-states are spread across the globe, they eventually move into a period of cross-purposes, and simply discover that there are too many differences of aim and objective.

The Iran wiping a heavyweight like Turkey whilst Canada couldn't get sufficient help to defeat a relative minnow like Albania was a difficult pill to swallow, not to mention France surrendering and leaving us to fight alone.

However some Orion nations have been great recently, most notably Sweden.

Maybe we should put it to the Canadian people, hold a referendum and let them decide whether we stay or go?

This is bad for foreign affair i can say, you should argue about your Alliance problem in your room not outside room like this it will make you are the bad side..

The thing is diplomacy is hard to do, if you cant patient enough, Orion is a small alliance. We can say some alliance are dying and dont have activity recantly. What you need to do is try to improve it by make a move inside your alliance maybe become alliance leader etc..

But again, its your own problem.

The CP elections on February 5th were visible from 75 km away and the decline of Orion from 100 km. Don't blame Rylde for racing to the finish when no one stepped up in the final 50 to make a difference.

Even though I wouldn't blame anyone for his apathetic response to a game way past its best before date, it's a bit silly to act like any of this matters after the fact. Just let Rylde do what he's best at (divide and get conquered) as the rest of us wait for the day we can publish our "End of eRep" articles that we've been mulling over since post-V2.

Ossex, we pretty regularly have our DO's set to fight for Iran. What annoyed us was when we were fighting v Albania, we had Iranians fighting for Albanian CO's instead of fighting for us. And it wasn't just the occasional fighter. It was in at least D3 and D4 So, the question begs, are Iranians fighting for money or for Canada as part of the alliance? We as a small nation can only do so much and to have our ALLIES fighting for the other side just prolonged the occupation. So your COUNTRY may be an ally, but a significant number of your fighters weren't. So this begs the question.. is the Iranian gov't going to shit on their citizens who fought against us?

The grinch, As we told several times to Rylde and explain it that was any Iranian who fighting against Canada, That was the Black Academy€s foreign soldiers who fight for Albanian COs. Please Distinguish between that.
Also I was spoke to Rylde himeself not Canada as a ally country.

Ossex, sorry that doesn't pass the smell test. On one hand you put the blame on "foreign fighters" in the black academy which you infer you have no control over, yet they are members of your government. When iran wore a explosive belt and flew to Canada last year to free you out of mkd and croatia (as you remember cro was in their best situation) then you as cp acted very unfriendly towards us. Heyy don't hate on France, They did their thing that they have been doing since WW1 😛 But seriously tho, they must have their reasons for surrendering. Countries will always put their citizens before ORION. In the end we turned out just fine, so lets work on the diplomacy and make a list where we count which nation needed the most help over a period of time. So next time when there is such a war where more than 1 members of ORION are being attacked, then we can choose to help the one who has taken the least amount of help from ORION. Also we can give each member country a 1 time pass per year where no matter what they can call the others for help. It falls onto each country when they wanna use their 1time pass.
