Beste eNederlanders,

We lopen al weer langzaam de tweede week in van NoTie I. Misschien wel tegen de verwachtingen in, gaat het prima met het kabinet. We hebben gewerkt aan een lijst met concrete doelen, zodat we doelgericht kunnen gaan werken en jullie ook aan het einde kunnen meedelen wat we nou precies hebben uitgevoerd in januari. De ambassadeurssectie is in opruiming, de militaire raad wordt eindelijk paraat gesteld en er wordt gewerkt aan nieuwe en verbeterde subsidies. Dit zijn slechts enkele van de processen die gestart of bezig zijn in mijn regering en er zullen er nog velen volgen, dat beloof ik je!

Ik wil daarnaast werken aan de verbintenis tussen de bevolking en de politiek. Veel eNederlanders weten niet de geschikte informatie voor ze te vinden, of komen terechte bij artikelen met ingewikkelde termen waar eBaby's nachtmerries van krijgen. Daarom zal ik ervoor strijden onze bevolking te stimuleren deel te nemen aan de maatschappelijke gevechtringen, maar óók om die platformen toegankelijker te maken voor ze. Ik roep daarom ook iedere eNederlander deze tutorial te volgen en te registreren op ons forum, het hart van onze gemeenschap.


Persoonlijk ben ik ook actief ALLE Nederlanders te bereiken, niet alleen de congresleden of de overheidsambtenaren. Daarom heb ik het volgende initiatief in het leven geroepen: Ask! Your President!.

Iedereen kan zijn vragen stellen, die door de president zullen worden beantwoord in een wekelijkse update. Voel je je geroepen de president aan de tand te voelen, of om gewoon je eigen kennis te verbreden? Stuur hier je vragen en je krijgt snel resultaat!



Vragen van vorige week:

Hoe komt het dat je op je tweede dag een verkeerde donatie maakt, ter waarde van 99.000k NLG, omdat je het verkeerde advies kreeg?
Op aanraden van een voormalige president, heb ik per ongeluk het bedrag in kwestie naar de verkeerde bank gestuurd. Dit is geen nood, aangezien dit bedrag snel weer terug gezet kan worden naar de juiste locatie en dat dat ook gebeuren zal. Werkt het systeem voor het een keer per week gratis uitdelen van supplies door Defensie naar behoren? (Ik heb namelijk nog niks gekregen)

Het systeem werkt inderdaad, maar liep aan het begin van dit kabinet tijdelijk vertraging op door het wisselen van de wacht. Deze problemen zijn momenteel verholpen en het systeem werkt weer naar behoren.

Het aantal supplies en daarmee de kosten van dit systeem fluctueert sterk. Het enige wat we met stelligheid kunnen zeggen is dat het budget voor het Ministerie van Defense 50% van het totale budget beslaat en dat ongeveer daarvan weer 50% opgaat aan het uitdelen van o.a de gratis supplies.

Dear citizens of the eNetherlands,

We've already entered the second week of NoTie I. Maybe not fulfilling the expectations, we've managed well in governing so far. We've made up a list of goals, which means we will work efficiently and with sense. At the end of my government term, the list of archieved goals will be published to you. the ambassadorssystem is being reformed, the military council is finally being established and work is in progress regarding new and extended subsidies. These are only a few of the processes which have started during my government. Many will follow them, I assure you that!

I also want to work on connecting the politics with the general population. Many eDutch find themself clueless about the different aspects of our game and nation and stumble on difficult articles with complicated terms and decisions they had no influence on. I will push our citizens to participate, but I'll also make our community more accesible. I therefor vow every Dutch citizen to follow up this tutorial and enter the core of our eNation and it's community.


Personally I am too active in reaching all layers of our population, instead of only our congressmembers or government officials. Therefor I have set up the following initiative: Ask! Your President!

How come that on your second day you make a wrong donation of 99K, because you got the wrong advice?
Advised by a former Country President, I have accidentely donated the amount of money to the wrong national bank. This is no problem however, as this money can and will be put in the right location. Financial Affairs can be followed on this 'google doc': http://tiny.cc/eNL-Finance

Does the system for weekly supplies from the Ministry of Defense actually work, because I haven't got any?
How many supplies are being hand out by this system?
What are the costs of this system?

The system does actually work, but it had to catch up at the beginning of our government due to the position changes. These problems are solved and the system does fully work once again!

The amount of supplies and costs of this systeem change at any given time. The only thing we know for sure is that the budget for the Ministry of Defense amounts the half of our total budget. Roughly 50% of this Defense budget is being spent on handing out the (free) supplies
