They are right for at least starting a procedure as law dictates. Congress can still decide whether or not they agree it deserved a blacklisting with a 2/3 majority.

Feynmann acted in his own belief as Congressman yes, not entirely following the rules, knowing that a blacklist vote would be started. But he followed the suggestions by the Government regarding this pressing emergency application, so the only issue here to me seems procedural (just like the blacklist vote is an automatic blacklist vote, on which Congress can decide whether it deserved blacklisting (I do not) - the arbitrary 3 months is, however, a disregard for law as well, for example).

I’d rather rejoice in the fact such a worthy player is now part of the eNetherlands, thanks to the open environment we offer to our allies in need - just as we’re doing to e.g. Portuguese

If answered by yes I will vote no as Feynmann knows damn well how it works and apparently firmly believes he acted in the best interest of eNL.
I do realise it's a bit of a double standard though. Following our laws blindly however as some value over common sense is not my style so I prefer common sense...

I'm really sorry for this misunderstanding. I didn't knew I had to wait whole day for the citizenship. Because of the wars I couldn't work in my companies and I had to leave at the moment and after asking for citizenship and thought I won't have another choice with 1% tax in example the bad luck was I got 2 offers right after I applied and couldn't change the application. I'm trying to get better place, but for now at least my energy is not wasted, because I was full this is a huge help for me!

I would advise you to lower your work tax. That's how you could have a chance to get more traveling farmers like me. That 1% difference is so huge that we would prefer other choices. 2% is just greedy and the choice for you is not 1% or 2%, but 1% and 0%. As may be the person who is the most affected farmer in the world with this MAD taxation which is definitely not 2%, but most of the year 90-100%+ of the production that change of the admins made the game a slavery game which isn't suppose to be at a day where we have science to fight with tanks, airplane and even 110M atom bombs 😃

On a serious note though - we have lowered our WT by half in a span of one year. And at the moment, we simply cannot afford the last cut, as our tax income is below the threshold I deem as necessary to allow tax reduction without need to cut back on our programs. All in all, we try to invest the tax money we get back into our active citizens, so collecting taxes might not be bad, if you stay in NL for longer period of time 😉 .

Given the fact the person in question no longer has Dutch CS, I see this debate as a pointless one, as no harm was visibly done by acceptance of the CS (unlike the clearly visible harm caused by this debate).

All I wanted was to star working immediately on the lower tax cost. I'm very thankful I had the opportunity to get even the chance to work here with you lovely people on 2%, but other Latvian friend offered me fast citizenship with 1% and I took it. That's an example - I wouldn't change if it was 1% here and with my bunch of companies you would get a lot profit. I hope someday will be back when I need and hope I would get a wild card for getting the citizenship faster, because if I need it it's because I can't work and this is absolutely killing me! 😃 Wish you have a nice weekend to all of you.

This mess and the others before it, actually I would like to see I&W controlling the country and managing the fine programs in here.

I bet TW😒 would stop, immigration would stop (some would leave for sure). Any type of resource deals would stop and most likely the country would be invaded by the lack of diplomatic skills inside I&W party.

Dont think there would be much of any type of programs to the citizens, because of interest from the members to do anything useful for their country. Instead it is the "hated" foreigners by I&W who are contributing a lot for eNL.

It is the correct action to bring the matter to vote. Enforcement of the law should be applied uniformly and in good faith so that's what we're doing here.

Feynmann knew the rules and the potential consequence.
He attempted to follow procedure and sought advice from government members.
And he violated the rules anyway.

I believe he acted in good faith and not out of malice.

I vote No.

Feynmann broke the law and did so knowingly. In this case however the law did not serve eNL as a country. Maybe the law should be changed and the minimum 24h rule should only apply to dubious cases. Because in this case Feynmann broke the law but the law is flawed I vote neutral. The law should serve eNL not hold eNL back the same goes for congressmen. I do however want to state that this should definitely not become a standard.

There already is an option for the (v)cp to make an emergency case, removing the 24 hour minimum is just asking for rushed applications that can endanger the country.

Feynmann knew this but still broke the law, he should have waited for them to make a decision not break the law that is put in place to try and keep our country safe.

Exempting him from punishment is just giving all the wrong signals for future applications.
