Why You Should Be Part of the AMP Meta Game



Do you ever wonder what “Military Party” people talk about? I mean you’d think from the name it’d be war strategy, or alliances, or possibly just various types of guns.

While we are all totally badass Rambo-types in AMP, that’s not quite what goes on.

On our forum, under the General header, is a Forum Games section. There you can witness the espousing of virtues of movies like “The Penis of All Fears” (-John Killah), “The Day the Penis Stood Still” (-J.Lucent), or “Free Willy 2: The Adventure Penis” (-Bruce Hatton).

On IRC, although many times during the day it will seem dead silent, in the evening and at night AMPlifiers engage in conversations regarding video games, the virtues of Canada versus America (they have maple syrup, but we have FREEDOM), and a plentiful amount of self-deprecating humor.

+Paul_Proteus: One day I'll make like a new account, and everyone will be like "this new player is clearly incompetent" then I'll be like "Oh look it's me Paul" and everyone will be "Yeah, that makes sense"

Sarah: Approximately how many AMPs would you say you feel?

JK: SIMPLE ... OVER 9000! xD ... Failing that, INFINITE AMOUNT since I'm an oldie in the party 😁

Sarah: What change(s) would you like to see in the party by the start of next term?

JK: I'd love to see much more activity in all areas of the party - More people coming into Leadership, more media by our members, and more political experience being gained!

Sarah: Would you rather fight one horse-sized duck or 100 duck-sized horses?

JK: One Horse-Sized Duck because it'd be HILARIOUS! And then i'd train it and it can be my steed! >😃!

Sarah: What makes AMP the sexiest party?

JK: Lemme see - We have Scott Pilgrim, Jango/Boba Fett, A Swagg'd Being, A Smiley Faced Button and Goku! .... Oh, and we have a Rose Tyler 😉!

Sarah: What song would you like to dedicate to AMP in the next "Toga Party" radio show?

JK: Ooooh, good question ... I'mma go with a classic - Still Standing: Elton John because ever after the knocks, we're still here 😃

Sarah: What would you say to a citizen who's thinking about joining us in AMP?

JK: Good choice ... you've got experience from every possible module in this party and also every section in them modules! Learn from the very est and earn yourself a chance to join their ranks one day! Also, we totally have the worlds most powerful beings here ... >_>!
