What should be our expectations of our governement

I like the way our government is working. I love BuzzyTheCat and his way of doing things.
But I also have expectations:
I tried to offer a better life for the new ecitizens of Israel by increasing the Citizen Fee from 5NIS to 10NIS. It seems that we don't want to become an attractive country for the new citizen, but at least Government should do the following with the Q1 Government owned companies:
1. Hire skill 0 citizens
2. The government companies should not keep any skill 2 citizens there. They should be fired from these companies such as they would become productive in the private sector. Buzzy told us that he is firing people after 5 days, but I saw there are skill 3 citizens in the Government Run Companies.
3. The Government will help the business sector by doing this, and also Government will help the new citizens.
4. These Government companies should run like a University in the country.
5. The other companies which are of high quality products should hire only 7+ skilled persons, because the others could not even buy their food to keep on shape from the salaries they receive.

eliberator, you know that i respect you and your experience, but imagine for a second some 100 of nice turks(for instance) take anopportunity and jump on high citizen fee then moving out some day. what a vaste of miney! we`ll better support new citizens trough training companies\charity orgs\whatever else.
GideonIL, 10NIS is not a HIGH citizen fee, but this is ok from my point of view. At least I tried to increase this citizen fee, because I was blamed by some foreigners that I should sell at higher prices the Q2 food such as everybody will be in profit, and to pay higher salaries. I wonder how a new citizen could buy Q2 food for 7 days such as he/she will not starve. The training companies are good, if they are supported by the government. The problem with them is that they keep there a lot of SKILL 2 and SKILL 3 people.
There are not enough companies in Israel to hire all those workers. If they will fire all the people with skill 2 and 3 we will see the job market empty again. The people will leave to other countries to work or worse they will just stop playing.
Zaib Atsu, I see a lot of companies who are looking for employees. I have an empty GIFT company 🙂. So there are still enough.
But look at the wages :/
The company owners can give very low wages because there are many workers and not enough companies.

and if you want citizens to join your company, stop brainwashing them with crap about cheap stuff (and being cheap) in the newspapers, and start paying normal salaries.
it might be difficult for you to understand, but citizens till move from one job to another due to better salary O:
polgara, you don't understand that Israel has its own economy. The salaries of the people are OK!!! You only talk about salaries from Indonesia where there are 12k citizens 🙂. Come here in Israel, or help our country somehow 😃.

1. controls companies that pay such low salaries
2. explaining to citizens that the only way to earn money is from inviting new players to the game
3. explaining the importance of lvl 2 food for some reason while in the same time tells that there is no need of houses for example since wars+healing in the hospital is all you need for high wellness

turkey used to have 2800 citizens, yet it paid the best salaries in the eWorld.
you are lucky enough that ppl find it sick to open new grain companies in eIsrael, and so you can continue to earn loads of money over the land workers while "protecting the poor little grain companies that has to compete against import grain"
There are currently 999 offers for Skill 0 workers in the food Training Company, and 999 offers for Skill 1 workers. Technically there should not be a single unemployed worker in the entire country.
I fire after 5 days of inactivity (which you would be amazed at how much it happens. A ton of people work once, or twice and never play again) For higher skilled workers, I do not fire, but I also do not raise their wages. I wont fire people who come to work daily, but I also do nothing to encourage them staying with the training company.
I too have a company, Tomato Nukes, which is offering the highest wages in the country, and for 2 days, not a single person has moved jobs.
Buzzy, as I remember that Tomato Nukes was the Government company, not yours. I was thinking that you only manage it, now owns it and buy iron on the country accounts 😉.
