So I noticed some Chinese ripping off the border that I created without my permission and figured I might as well distribute it to everyone. I only request that anyone currently using the exact same avatar border that I have (the one with the logo in the bottom right corner) please change it to the one seen in this article.

300x300 Avatar means you need a picture that is 300x300 pixels to drop in the middle space. There should be a slight manila border between your avatar and the blue and red border when all is said and done.

Congrats to those that were elected into Congress.
