Hi kids!

Let's see if I understand correctly.

1. We don't like the fact that long time players have an unfair BH advantage.
2. We create multiple Divisions so as to give newer players the chance to compete with those having similar opportunity.
3. Then, whiners bitched because they didn't have enough people to win lower Divisions. So we create the Maverick pack to allow anyone, regardless of Division, to fight in any Division.
4. Then because D4 tanks are running roughshod over lower Divisions we hamstring D4 tanks to severely limit the damage they can do in lower Ds.
5. Again, because whiners bitch that D4 tanks are ineffective in lower Divisions, we allow D4s to destroy a lower Division as long as someone native to that Division hits there first.
6. To solve the problem of one side having too much firepower we conveniently have an exploit that only one side takes advantage of. (Evidently Asteria players are a lot smarter and/or have lower morals than CODE players.) So when the exploit is discovered the stronger alliance is gutted.
7. Finally, with D4 totally skewed, we find a nest of multies hiding in lower Divisions that must be removed. This will prevent them from helping those from D4 to cause major damage in lower Divisions. Thus providing balance and a more level playing field for all in eRep battles.

So simple a caveman can do it.
