Manitoba Still eCanadian; A Thank You

As anyone randomly checking my newspaper will be able to tell, I haven't wrote an article in a while now. Something I seem to have to say in about half my articles. I might as well keep it a tradition, right?

I haven't been too active outside of basic game mechanics the last two months, or so, but I've been seeing a lot of stuff about this super alliance that was being planned(I'm unsure what exactly is happening with it now). That alone made me pay a little more attention to things, but otherwise made no difference to my daily routine on here.

However, there was a tension being created during the last presidential elections when Rylde told people about the alliance, which certain people got upset about. This lead to further issues, and then to a war, which, due to game mechanics, is still going on. Whether, or not much else will happen, we'll have to see. It depends mainly on how the majority of eUS politicians react to Rylde's latest article.

The battle in Manitoba finished a few hours ago now, and it made me feel tempted to write this. I know we couldn't have kept Manitoba if it was all of the eUSA vs all of eCanada. Whether you like it, or not, the eUS is a superpower.

I think everyone who fought for eCanada, regardless of the reason, deserves a thank you. From those doing it for a mercenary medal, or just to finish a DO to those who wanted to keep our territory, or especially those who decided to fight for us because they consider us a good ally.

I know eCanada certainly hasn't been a perfect ally throughout it's whole existence in this game, but it seems like we have managed to gain the respect we needed, and I'm very glad we do have it.

Thank you to all those who fought for eCanada, especially our allies, including the eAmericans that want to keep the Brolliance alive. I know we couldn't have done it without you, and I hope it's a sign of what will come in the future. I'll definitely be looking forward to helping those who are allies, but more importantly, friends, in regaining their territory in the future, at the very least.

To freedom, and brotherhood,
