INGREDIENTS:

✓ 240 g of flour
✓ 1 teaspoon salt
✓ 170 g of butter
✓ pinch of sugar
✓ 100 ml of kefir
✓ 1 egg
✓ 600 g of frozen boletus
✓ 10 g of dried boletus
✓ 2 onions
✓ 2 cloves garlic
✓ a little fresh or dried thyme
✓ 1 tablespoon soy sauce
✓ a little salt and pepper
✓ an additional 1 egg and a milk for spreading

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

First we make butter dough. Mix salt, sugar, flour and small pieces of cold butter (or rub in a blender). Then slowly pour in the beaten egg mixed with the kefir. Mix everything with a fork, form a disc and store it in the refrigerator wrapped in cling film for at least 1 hour.

Pour the dried boletus into boiling water and keep for at least 15 minutes
In a pan, fry the chopped onions and garlic on top of a little butter. Add the chopped mushrooms, sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme. Bake for at least 15 minutes until the mushroom water has evaporated and is slightly browned.

Pour the soy sauce into the mushrooms, add the soaked and chopped dried boletus, pour 2-3 tablespoons of broth.

Roll out the butter dough (2-4 mm thick) on a floured table. Cut out dough circles in a 10 cm diameter form or bowl. Should receive 18-20 pcs.

Place 1 tablespoon of fried mushrooms on each circle, fold the dough and press the edges.

Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, spread the egg on a plate and bake for 30 minutes in a 180 degree oven.
