Dearest citizens,

Today we are exchanging Jilin for Hamgyong with the Chinese. This will return iron to North Korea as well as many companies. Sorry to anyone living in Jilin but you will need to evacuate the region and move to another (preferably an original) North Korean region. If you need moving tickets out of Jilin, PM me (Afanasiy Drago) and I'll get one to you as soon as I can.

Anyways, Fight FOR THE RESISTANCE in Jilin. Please do not use the hospitals on the first three battlefields. Those were originally paid for by the Chinese for strategic purposes and so we should not use what they paid for.
