MISSATGE EXTRAORDINARI DE FINAL DE LEGISLATURA DEL PRESIDENT RUPERT HALLAMER / عرض لما تم فى عهد الرئيس روبرت هالمير / SPECIAL TERM-END BY PRESIDENT RUPERT HALLAMER

Benvolguts ciutadans d'eEgipte: / السادة المواطنون الكرام / Dear citizens of eEgypt :

Mirant enrere en termes absoluts, aquest ha estat un bon mes, on hem aconseguit quasi tot allò que ens havíem proposat. El poble egipci s'ha mostrat d'allò més afí a ajudar al seu Govern a tirar endavant el que es prometia com -i així ha estat- una difícil legislatura, i per tant tots teniu la meva més sincera gratitud, com a President sortint del país, i la del meu equip.

En primer terme, hem entrat a una nova aliança que no és la que teníem pensada, però que ens aportarà il.lusions renovades i que ja ara ens ha aconseguit un pacte amb Grècia pel Congrés que ve; alhora que hem renovat i ampliat contactes amb països d'arreu de l'eMón, i hem firmat els primers MPPs en molt de temps. Després, hem contribuït a tancar ferides entre egipcis i catalans amb el càrrec doble de MoC, excel.lent idea d'enrivax, i amb la nova institució del NIC. Ens hem dedicat també a redistribuïr la riquesa i a incentivar l'activitat productiva amb el Ciutadà Vital del Mes, atorgat a Trixar, i els Premis Nefertiti.

I, en l'àmbit català, també hem intentat iniciar l'aventura d'un Congrés outgame, que tot i que desacreditat és una institució que, en el cas de seguir com estem, es tornarà vital per a mantenir a algú viu en aquest país.

Ha estat, en definitiva, un mes prou correcte, i des del Govern estem majoritàriament contents, com esperem que estiguin els nostres ciutadans. Tot i passar altibaixos, alguns més inesperats que d'altres, els hem superat amb nota i deixem el país en millor situació que ara fa un mes, o dos, o tres. Moltes gràcies!

مقارنة بالفترات السابقة, هذه الفترة التى كنت رئيساً لمصر, قد تمكننا معاً من تحقيق كل شئ وعدنا به تقريباً
أنت أيها الشعب المصرى قد أظهرت للعالم السلوك الحضارى فى مساعدة حكومتك ودفعها للأمام , رغم الصعوبات التى واجهتنا والتحديات التى لاقيناها لذلك أنا أكن لكم جميعاً كل الإحترام والعرفان بالجميل أنا وكل فريقى.

أولاً, لقد انخرطنا فى تحالف جديد وليس بالذى كنا نريده , ولكننا نبشركم بأننا توصلنا لإتفاق مع اليونان بشأن البرلمان وبعض المناطق المتنازع عليها.
كما حاولــت رأب الصدع بين المصريين وبين الكاتلان تارة بمحاولة إيجاد صيغة للحوار وتارة بإيجاد منصب وزير الإعلام والتعاون المشترك, شكراً إينريفاكس على الفكرة كما أوجدنا جائزة نفرتيتى للصحافة وجائزة أكثر عضو فعال فى الشهر وذلك حتى نزيد التفاعل بين أبناء الشعب .

وعلى الجانب الكاتلانى قمنا بإنشاء برلمان موازى خارج اللعبه حتى نبقى على الحياة الديمقراطية ولا يتحكم فرد واحد فى السلطة ونبقى السلطة مشاركة لا مغالبه بين أفراد الأمه.

كل ذلك جعلنا فخورين بما حققناه خلال فترة تولينا للمهام الجسيمه لمنصب هام كمنصب رئيس الجمهورية فمصر اليــوم أفضل من الشهر الفائت أو الذى سبقة أو ما قبله ولو 3 شهور.

Looking back in absolute terms, this has been a good month, where we have almost achieved everything we set. The Egyptian people showed the most similar to help your government to go ahead with it, as promised, and it has been a difficult term, so you all have my sincere gratitude to outgoing president the country, and my team.

First, we have entered a new alliance that is not what we intended, but we will bring renewed hopes and already now we have reached an agreement with Greece for the next Congress; while we renovated and expanded contacts with countries around the eWorld and MPPs have signed the first in a long time. Then we helped close wounds between Egyptians and the Catalans twice by Minister of Communication, enrivax excellent idea, and the institution of new NIC . We also dedicated to redistribute wealth and to encourage productive activity with Vital Citizen of the Month, awarded Trix and Nefertiti Awards.

And in the Catalan area, we have also tried to start the adventure of a outgame Congress, which although is a discredited institution in the case as we continue, it will become vital to keep someone alive in this country.

It was, in short, a more correct enough, and the government are mostly happy, and we hope that our citizens are. Despite ups and downs happen, some more unexpected than others, we have far exceeded and leave the country better off than a month ago, or two, or three.
