I'll keep this brief.

We've tried to get resources.

We were successful in collecting Saltpeter almost a week ago. We were successful today in collecting Aluminum.

However, for each success, we've been hit with a wave of failures. Before we even succeeded once, we failed on some resource I forget what it was now, but it was probably Aluminum. We also failed numerous times on collecting other resources. We had a 5 resource loss streak up until today. Aluminum, Oil, Grain, Oil, Aluminum. We've tried for deer as well. Lost that. We are successfully getting the resources about 25-30% of the times we attempt.

There is an element of luck. Each time a resource comes up, lots of countries are going for it. It ends up being perfect timing, plus some luck, for it to go to us. Most of our failures, thus far, have been perfectly timed we just didn't have luck. Some of our failures were brought about by other countries, purposely sabotaging us by making us gain too many points to quickly, or not enough points. These sabotages have come from enemies such as Croatia and Chile, as well as some from our close allies.

We continue to try and acquire the resources that will see Canadians better off. That will see Canada better off.
