You should fight only Air Battles

Use Ground Battles to hunt BH

Look for Battles without damage (both sides)
* Use bazookas (1x Hit each side)
* Hit
* Travel to the other country, and give the same amount of damage (the goal is 1 Fuel = 2 BH)

You could delay your Level up process to have more time at lower divisions (1,2 & 3) to win more gold through BH. You will no be able to do it in Div 4.
To avoid XP dont fight. Just go for BH.
