[MOE] Introduction of MOE and Contest Plans

Hello Everyone,

Most of you guys know me. For the ones who don't know me. This is Vigorious(AKA MSL). I am an old Eindian player who became active recently. I am glad that I still have some good friends over the time.

Firstly, I apologise for posting this late. My plan was to conduct weekly contests from the day 1 of being elected. But, Unfortunately I could not.

Also, I would like to thank our CP Netaji Shubas for electing me as MOE.I would like to introduce some contests to keep the Eindia community active.

Below is my plan:

1)Encourage Eindians to write more articles.
2)Support the Eindian community to fight in battles actively.
3)Try to get old Eindians back into game and make our community more active.
4)Educate the newly joined players by guiding them through each phase of the game.


to the most exciting part, The competition would be conducted weekly. The winners will be declared at the end of the week. These competitions would start from Day 4683.



Contest 1: Popular Banda
1) Write up article or articles.
2)Get the highest number of votes to your article by end of the week.


Rewards: Top Article writer will get 2500CC


Contest 2: IAF warrior( Indian Air Force Warrior)
1)Make Highest number of kills in Air battles over the week.
2)However, to protect the new Air battle players. The players should have a Air rank : Chief Master Sergeant *****.

Rewards: The rewards will be given for the top#5 kill makers in Air Battles and it will be as follows:
1- 2500 Energy
2- 2100 Energy
3- 1700 Energy
4- 1400 Energy
5- 1000 Energy


Contest 3: Division Ka sikander
1) This contest is split between different divisions.However, Rewards are given for each division.
2) Top 3 members from each division who make highest number of kills will be declared winners.
3) Maverick players fighting in different divisions will not be counted.

Rewards:
Division 1:
1- 1500 Energy
2- 1000 Energy
3- 750 Energy

Division 2:
1- 1400 energy
2- 900 Energy
3- 650 Energy

Division 3:
1- 1200 Energy
2- 800 Energy
3- 600 Energy

Division 4:
1- 1000 Energy
2- 750 Energy
3- 500 Energy

Note: These contests are only for Eindians.

I will try to keep you updated with the contest and increase the contest count.

Sorry I had not set up any contests for higher rank players. Probably I will set up something for the next week.
