[IMPORTANT] Beware Any Scam Donation Proposals

Attention all congressmen,

Be on the lookout for donation proposals to any non-official government organizations. The official bank of the government of North Korea is the North Korean Reserve Bank (note the n at the end of Korea). An imitation bank, bearing the name North Korea Reserve Bank and using the same avatar as the official bank, was created yesterday/today (and I have a good idea on who is behind it knowing their previous level of "cooperation".) One can only assume that as soon as the 10,000 currency hits the treasury, someone has(d) planned on attempting to trick all of the newly-elected congressmen into voting "Yes" on a donation proposal to an organization that looks similar to the one used by the government.

As with all issue and donation proposals, one should wait before voting so that harm is not done to our country. If you are congressman and unsure on how to vote on such a proposal, I would recommend asking John Chen (our Minister of Finance) or bullseye about whether or not it is legitimate.

So basically: expect a donation proposal tomorrow around 03:50 eRT [edit: The time will now be 20:51 due to a new pending donation proposal]. Pay attention to the name of the organization before voting.
