(Editorial) Does Krapis deserve another term as CP?

“Ok, sure. Can you pass on my answer to him with; I believe Krapis has done a (redacted) of a job as POTUS?

“You sure about that? It might make Krapis really (redacted). So (redacted) he might not be able to contain himself!

Turmoil, chaos and paranoia.

The three things that have happened in the last week in the eUS. From players bullying and harassing in and out of the game to players pointing fingers who is a multi. We’ve got it all in todays package.

In the left hand, you have a military alliance called CODE who are pretty much pissed off and pointing fingers blaming eUS for rumors. Krapis asks for proof and yet nothing is being produced. Beforehand, Krapis is being accused of his poor performance of handing the CODE alliance yet says “I was handed this mess by the previous administration” yet, has served two terms.

IN the right hand, Krapis is being accused of being the rebirth of Gnilraps and creating lies. There are some pretty compelling articles in the media right now that explain in great detail how they believe our current CP is not who they say they are. Then again, there are other articles with conspiracy theories explaining other means of who this KRAPIS is.

Soon afterwards, a dozen or so articles started spurring up my feed poking fun of who is a Multi and who is not. (Side note; I am Josh Whitehead’s multi 😉 ). They were quite enjoyable and funny overall.

But that's not the point. We’re all about wondering, over all, does our current city President deserve another term?

This guy, who's first day in the game (Apr 28, 2020). Basically pops out of nowhere and within a few months become CP of our great nation. His articles are brilliantly well made. He’s straight to the point in his articles and is well mannered. Most players, it takes them yyyyyyyears to rank up the chain of politics, military etc. Shit, even though my political belt is heavy with experience or i self declare as the media king, I feel like i have a ways to go. I am always learning and willing to learn from others.
I don’t care if one someone is a respawn of someone else. Just like myself, I changed my in-game name from time to time. I am just like many other people. Change their name or start from the ground up.

Regardless, if they get the job done, they are ok in my book. Just don’t cheat, that's not OK.

I MIGHT seem a little bias here but...

When i started eRep more than 10 years ago, Gnilraps was one of the few players who reached out to me. He was good to me and infact got me back into Rep with my last stint which was a few years ago (over 800 days at the time of publication). I even served as VP until i was booted out because Pfiffer and his pals did’nt like me and Gnil felt pressured to follow through, let me go so he could serve a few more terms. But friends step up for other friends....right? I've never hated Gnilraps. He's good in my books and he knows it.

SO, if, IF Krapis and Gnil are the same person...what gives? CODE gives

You might not know this but this CODE alliance (Cooperation, Organization, Defense and Economy) is the biggest military alliance in eRepublik. With 10 nations strong, they are not happy.

Why would eUS ruin that and wipe ourselves off the map with our own stupidity? Within a week?

Does Krapis, a 5-month old player, still new to the game, really doesn't understand how to truly run a military by his side?

Thing is, I find Krapis a good guy. All around good guy. I never have had any issues with him, mind you, i started playing eRep again July of this year. SO, you might have a different experience but that's just me talking.
But I also feel like eUS got screwed over with the whole Alliance deals. Yet always, we are always screwing ourselves over mismanagement from one admin to the other. As i am choosing my words wisely, I also want a CP who will denounce eUS players behave in a manor not just in-game but also in forums too.

Sure, the eUS forums are and always will be a hot mess but i don't want someone in my government who is going off being a dick to other players run things in eUS. I need a real leader. I need someone to guide me, teach me and make sure im doing what i can to best represent our eNation as a whole.

Right?

I know we got 1.5ish weeks till CP elections but I also want to start planning who could possibly be best to represent me, my friends, my party and my country.

I need a leader. I feel like Krapis could lead us to another term. CODE has yet to produce any proof that krapis, his admin or any ' offical' of what they call is "blackmail".

I feel like Krapis has also addressed Aeriadne and Groot problem actually quite well and did more than what other CP could not. Denouncing someone because of their behavior. Sadly, we the players can only do so much in-game and a handful of people left the game rather than rallying together denouncing hate and bigotry.....

But that's not the point....
Last words:

We are all human and we make mistakes. We fall on our feet in the darkest of days and rise against those who hate. I feel like we can do better, as a whole. I feel like we can do better in the admin but its all about the effort you put into something.

we will wait and see what happens in the next 5 or so days within the ongoing Military war and what kind of Congress we can expect in 3 days. From what I understand at the time I press "published". Canada is standing by our side. They always have and for that, I say thank you.

Regardless of what happens in the next two weeks, We will be ok, as a whole. eUS is not going anywhere, the people that is. We are still a strong unified group who know what is best.
