Hello everyone 😉,

We are in the middle of the summer, an annual season characterized by hot weather. Perhaps, this weather is our worst enemy now. But is it that hard to eliminate it? Of course, NO! What’s more, at the moment we have available holidays which can be used to solve this problem.

The common salvation is to stay in a relaxed beach resort on some coast. Why not this coast to be Bulgarian? No, no I don’t think of the famous (notorious), well-known Sunny Beach:

As you can see the parents do not allow their daughter to go there, maybe because she will mainly witness scenes like this:

Don’t consider me wrongly, I just want to tell you that it is not a suitable place for everybody. Because of that I want to present you some other Bulgarian seaside resorts where you can have one of your best holidays and relax accompanied by sparkling waves.

First, Albena:

Albena is one of the major, purpose-built resorts on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. It is the third biggest in our country, however, very calm and not so busy. Its hotels are predominantly modern; a great number of the tourists are foreigners. The resort is remarkable for its 5-km long, 150 m wide beach with very fine and clean sand. The sea is clear and warm. Near Albena is located the Botanical Garden of Balchik, where you can observe many and different plant species.

For those of you who fancy the ancient things – Nesebar – there, they are abundant:

Nesebar is an ancient city and one of the major seaside resorts on the southern Black Sea coast of Bulgaria. Usually called the "Pearl of the Black Sea", Nesebar is a city-museum with a history of over 3000 years. The new and the ancient part of the town are separated by a straight piece of land. Because of the abundance of historic buildings, Nesebar is included in the UNESCO list in 1983. After all, it is situated next to Sunny Beach if you want to preserve the good old traditions.

Finally, for the nature lovers – Ahtopol:

Ahtopol is a small town near the Turkish border. It has a great location on the territory of Strandzha Nature Park. Strandzha is a not a high mountain and the combination of sea and hilly region is unique. You can choose between sunbathe on the beach and a little walk in the fresh mountain. In the region of Ahtopol there are great natural beaches. Ahtopol is far from large resorts which makes it pure and nice.
