1) e菲律賓向我們提NE, NE 案通過後，他們會攻擊南台灣，我們會守住

2) 我們會攻下呂宋，斷NE

Hi everyone,

I am here today to announce that we eROC is going to have a training war with ePhilippines in few days.
ePhilippines will propose NE against us in few hours. And the detail is as below.

1) ePhilippines proposes NE against eROC and will attack Southern Taiwan, eROC defends it

2) eROC attacks and takes Luzon, and the NE finishes

3) eROC will start RW in Luzon and returns the region

The expected start time of the first battle would be at around 23:00 Day2296.
