[總統府#4]對於本次NE案的最後說明 The final statement regarding to the NE against eSK

這篇該是有關本次NE eSK事件的最後一篇說明, 大家已看到,美國正受匈牙利和塞亞圍攻, 加上英國的NE和泰國的AS

This would be the final statement I would make regarding to the NE proposal towards eSK, and all of us can see that the eUS is surrounded by eHungary and eSerbia. eUK has just proposed an NE and Thai has just proposed an AS towards eUS already.


JC 昨天早上接獲TWO聯盟HQ指示,希望eROC參與攻美,事出突然,外長IR正好不在線上, 因此自己做了決定, 在這也先跟 IR 表達歉意
事實上,若是沒有聯盟的軍事命令, eROC也不會直接攻擊軍力強大的e美國，但既然加入了TWO, 這是諸位國民之前就知道這是將會發生的事, 我們無從推辭聯盟的聯軍作戰計畫, 而第一篇公告之所以帶過, 是為了不洩漏聯盟交待的任務

I have got an invitation from the TWO HQ to attack the eUS, that's early at the morning and our MoFA was not online yet, and therefore I have made the decision by myself. I would like to apologize to our MoFA IR here.
In fact, without the official authorization of the alliance, eROC would not directly strike eUS by any means, but since the first day of joining TWO, everyone of us should know this would happen one day. Personally, I don't think it's good to reject the joint military operation order from the alliance. And it's not mentioned in the first explaination, is to keep the assigned mission in secret.


因此雖然之前JC已口頭答應延長 NAP, 但在未簽定白紙黑字的合約下,我決定不簽,另外考慮到若我們 NE 美國, 日韓可能會 NE 我們, 因此,我們也立即安排議員提案 NE 南韓, 打算先滅南韓, 再回頭攻擊美國, 之所以會這樣做, 是為了爭取時間跟聯盟確認情況並說明我們的考量, 若聯盟不接受，我們就當做手滑並請議會否定NE提案. 若是聯盟接受, 我們將會先擊破eSK以保持我國後方戰線的優勢與安全. 由於時間緊迫下, RL, 長時間的討論與決定讓 JC 身心俱疲, 與國人和議會溝通上不夠完善, 在此深表抱歉, 不料造成諸位國民的誤會跟迷惘,這也是以後絕對不會發生的情況

Although I have verbally (on PM) agreed to extend the NAP, I've decided to reject extending it before actually signing it. Due to the possibility eSK and eJP might attack us if we strike eUS, we arranged one of the new congressman to propose NE against eSK and that gave us time to confirm the situation with the alliance HQ. If the alliance strongly oppose such military action(Attacking eSK), our congress may take it into consideration to quickly deny the NE proposal. Otherwise, we would like to wipe eSK first then go to eUS so our backyard is clean.
Due to RL situation and hours of in-game discussion along with decision making, I was a bit exhasted and failed to perform perfectly to the congress and fellow citizens. I would like to apologize again. I don't mean to cause such confusion and misunderstanings to our citizens. This will never happen next time.


最後一項決定是由今天起eROC將不會動用國家級軍令鎮壓eSK 全羅南, 全羅北, 忠清北的RW. 這是遵守之前NAP協定中的未續約還地動作.

Last, eROC will not utilize national Military order to suppress RW in Jeollanam-do, Jeollabik-do and Chungcheongbuk-do starting from today on. This is the act of complying to the NAP terms signed before.


此外, 這裡也附上與TWO HQ MoFA的直接對話(IRC), (已經過當事人同意貼出部分log) 以茲證實TWO HQ對我國的太平洋軍事行動命令.

To complete the announcement, this is the official military statement/order from TWO HQ (IRC chat, already acquired the agreement of the other party prior posting) regarding eROC's military action at Pacific Front.


eROC is fully authorised by TWO in regards to an attack on the United States of America
