John Chen
(There is English version below)

(1) 不以个人利益发起或参与议案表决;
(2) 不批准任何一名 PTO 分子拥有e中国国籍;
(3) 不在没有参与讨论的情况下投下支持票,或试图强行发动议案;
(4) 不在议员任期内擅离职守;

(1) 透过合理问责与监督,推动e中国的制度建设;
(2) 促成彻底的税制改革,令e中国现有的高资源不仅仅只是辽宁高铁;

First, I shall say thanks to all eChinese citizens who have read my speech, for you have practice the real democracy. I believe that you came here is not for John Chen, the newbie of eChinese congress, but for the future of eChina and her responsible congressmen. In past three months, there are still vote-buying, and always the PTOer's voice; but it's because of you that eChina is closer to her ideality of a real democracy. Therefore, I shall pay my greatest repect to all of you, the eChinese citizens. I also promise:
(1) Never launch or vote for a proposal under personal interests;
(2) Never apply citizenship to any PTOers;
(3) Never launch or vote for a proposal without discussion;
(4) Never be absent without leave;

So far, the threats both at home and abroad still disturb eChina, like the PEACE military presence in northeast China, the endangered Liaoning and the weak domestic market which cannot provide eChinese people a life of high quality and enough taxes to support the CNDA. So eChinese people need not only a conservative congressmen, and I will be hard working with all eChinese people to make a better future even though there is few chances for only a congressman. My goals are below:
(1) Promote the regulation of eChina through reasonable supervising;
(2) Procure the reform of taxation system;
(3) Establish special commitees for more rational proposal to reform the congress.

As for a Chinese, I firmly believe that we can cooperate to complete a better eChina, and the democratic rights belong to everybody can make a larger difference. Please vote this speech if you agree with what I have said; also I welcome your discussion below this speech, which both are important parts of your democratic rights.
