Hopefully you have had time to read the latest articles from the Ministry of Defence and the gregarious Ministry of Entertainment. I’ll round off the weekend’s updates with a whistle stop tour of some other areas of Government.
We start off with some stark news this weekend before getting into pluckier Ministry updates.
Statement on the use of Multi-Accounts in the eUK
Acting on some information passed to the Government from our TW partners Bulgaria, we have cross-referenced some data from eRep tools on some eUK accounts. We are confident that the accounts in question are operated by a single user.
The accounts are 11ue, Lucy28 and Guyviii. 11ue and Lucy28 are based in the eUK. They will no longer be eligible for Government support. The least we can do in this situation is not incentivise this activity.

In looking into this I am grateful for the assistance of; our friends in eBG for providing their reports; Wingfield for adding the previous administration’s observations on the accounts to ours; and to Sir Humphrey Appleby & Addaway for facilitating conversations about it with Congress.
There is wide consensus on this specific case. Cabinet, Congress and other political/military leaders have been consulted with to confirm the findings and input on how to approach communicating this sensitive issue. A high bar of evidencing the activity has been set. It shows that we can all be reassured that eUK’ers want to play in a fair way and feel multis are not welcome.

Ministry Updates
Finance
Some happier news to kick off Ministerial updates - our MM Trading. For those unaware, Money Market (MM) trading is a process whereby - in a nutshell - you sell GBP for gold and then sell that gold for more GBP you bought it for. This month I have introduced the Citizen Dividend - the profits we make trading will be distributed, equally, between eUK citizens.
We’ve tried tighter cycles on trades and diversification of gold offers and so far have made a good profit. The valuation of the MM orgs at the onset of term was £62,571,789.73 CC. After the first week of trading the valuation stood at £68,899,426.14. This means the current Dividend stands at £6,327,636.41 (and rising), an estimated £50.6k per citizen.

Foreign Affairs
The MoFA squad are busy lining up potential TW partners and Epic battles to help us stay on the front foot with our fighting and medal-acquiring opportunities. They’re also running a research and information service, chasing up on some of the context and events that can impact our FA arrangements and TW’s. By all means get in touch if you’ve seen anything on your feeds or in the media you’re interested in and we can follow it up for you!

Home Affairs
We have a large HA team this month focussing a lot on education, ‘focus grouping’ some of our education resources whilst contributing ideas and items to Weekend Whimsy, the mentoring offering and communications. Over the coming weeks they’ll be arranging for a general support message to go out to remind everyone of what Government support they can get in case they’ve missed it in the media module.
Additionally we are going to send some postcards out advertise our active media, politics, and battles and begin to see if we can tempt any new citizens over to try the eUK lifestyle!

Looking ahead we can expect to see;
- MoF Tax Survey to help review eUK tax positions.
- Finalisation of the MoEd new-starter pathway.
- More Whimsy.
- Finalisation of battle guideline recommendations.
- Ministry of Immigration ‘visit the UK’ postcards.
- More games, epics, and hopefully TW’s.

This isn’t a political issue, this is a fair play and community issue.
There is no community, only a few people who have hijacked countries using their multis and dictate to others how to 'play'. So fair play has been dead in this 'game' for a long time.

11ue for you, and your king of the bots friend (KA ZETRO) is hard to understand that some countries actually has a lot of live players and they preffer fair play. Just compare News section in bots country eNZ(running by 6-7 Serbians) and eUK.
It's easy to imagine that many places in eRep are overrun with bots and experiencing dying communities. But that is not the case in the eUK. If you feel people coming together in agreement to call out the use of multis is 'dictating how you play' then I can only refer you to SHA's comment.

And because you blocked me, I would like to ask some open questions:
1. Where is lucy (one of the most active players in eUK), she doesn't care for what is happening. I can assure she is alive and active. No comments, only silence ... Hm ...
2. Why each time you need help to close a battle/round, somehow always - always either lucy28, either guyviii is coming to save you ? You don't know them, but they are always there for you ?
3. We had a talks in the past (before block), you was defending her like she is your child. Nice, this is how you should protect your weak citizens, but why only her. Any other player your protected ? ...No ...No one
4. Why you extremely steal only from BG players in the past few weeks (note this were at least x5 rare events in the past). ? Now I know ...
I would like to tell you something as a man. MAN is a MAN, no matter circumstances. The Man is fair, strong, honest, respectful and etc.
Be a MAN - this game is a war one in the background, but what keeps people here ... are PEOPLE, FRIENDSHIP, RESPECT.

The high level summary is useful, thank you. However could request a more detailed breakdown offers made and profits per organisation if available. It'd be interesting to have a look through, the assumption is you've been selling gold raised from currency sales of 0.002cc at below 1,000cc after the last power spin filled some of the gold stores of orgs or has it been a different strategy?

Yes basically this refers to listing CC as soon as we are aware gold has sold and as you've guessed dipping below 1000 on a couple of orgs when there's lots of offers listed at 999.xx. We've never listed below the markets lowest price.
We can publish the statement of profit made across all the orgs toward the end of the month when we valuate them to pay the dividend 🙂
Looks like this cheating has been going on a while. When was the govt informed about this and who knew what when?
We were given the info that prompted the report on may 8th.
We did some work/monitoring to corroborate and enhance the info which concluded may 15th.
I then spoke to a couple of congresspeople for input on how best to share the report (16th) and the report was shared with Congress on the 17th
So was the 8th the first time eBG told us about this or had they raised this issue before?
I don't know exactly when eBG said anything to anyone in the previous Gov that might be a Q for them, but eBG said they'd been talking about it for something like a couple of weeks. We only got info from eBG in the first instance. As you'll see in wingfield's comment below the previous Gov shared their info with us after we shared the report with Congress. It looks like an area in which there's a lot of room for collaboration
Interesting that if the previous govt already knew about this yet they didn't inform you during the handover. Seems a very important bit of information to have not told you about.
In response to queries raised in relation to SHA's comments, Huey and I confirmed to the incoming government (a normal action upon a change of government) the information we had been considering concerning the perceived irregularities. We reviewed the battle records and identified concerns consistent with those raised by the Bulgarian government. However, we had not come to any formal conclusions before the change of government. Governments, no matter what their composition, are looking at issues such as this on a regular basis.
It's funny how this has played out, if you knew about this before the pointless dvs39 bounty scheme and if it is indeed true. You won the CP election on exp points with the help of multis, then proceeded to pay them via schemes that didn't work... Not to mention the others.

You knew Ka Zetro was a multi as Appleby was in government with you and still paid him, even after the government money that was wasted on his banned multi. TRE temporarily banned for multis, still paid.
There is definitely more going on with this than has been shared here.

What's the lie? If you believe 11ue and Lucy are multis, add in Ka Zetro and whoever TRE has. You won the election because of multis... That's at least one vote.
Did you pay them knowing this? Is that the lie? Ka Zetro got about half a million, so it can't be that. Interesting that you sat on the information since day 5995. Is that why Huey removed the bounty scheme on day 6004?
Not sure who you can report this to. I don't think elibel lawyers exist.
I'm going to hop in here with a bit of a call for calm. My personal view is to think about what we do from now on and how this sort of activity is managed and responded to. This hopefully can mean embracing a bit of radical transparency across the parties and pooling efforts to try and make the eUK as fair as it can be. Hopefully the approach taken here and the consequences (no rewards) set a bar as how to how the respond to revelations of this sort as a community if they happen again.
This is bad news for everyone so let's have a bit of a cooling period 🙂
The thing I would say is people are delusional if they think 11ue / Lucy28 are the only multi accounts operating in the eUK (I suspect there are a number of multis existing to work as employees considering the number of people needed to manufacture all the items appearing in the market). It is highly lightly that both sides in the elections benefit from votes not legal by the rules. And no one knows who benefited more on an election by election basis
