With a little over a day left till the Presidential Elections, now is a good time to publish my proposed Cabinet. So, I present to you, the group of people who will make up my Cabinet if I happen to win the Presidential Elections.

If you would like to apply for the position of Recruitment Officer, you have to be patient, friendly, and you have to be able to create warm and welcoming messages. This position is one of the most important positions. Your job would be to message every new player who joins in eRepublik. Your message would have to be warm, welcoming, and overall, you'd have to make the new citizen want to stick with eRepublik. You wouldn't have to mentor them, as that job is for a separate department. All you'd have to do is message them, become their friend, and welcome them to eRepublik. After that, if you're successful and they decide to stay for a while, another department will take over from there.

**: If you would like to apply for the position of Designer, you'll have to be very good with computers. You're job would be to create simple, creative, and easy-to-use (Colors would be nice) documents that explain how eRepublik work. You would be given the information to put in the documents. You would have to use the information to create understandable documents that can be used by the IIE to send to new citizens. It's important that you have the time to put into this position, as you can't rush through the documents. They have to be quick to the point, but precise. If you think you can do that, message me or leave a comment.

Updates

Just a few quick updates/notes.

1) You may be wondering why some of the positions have the word "Chief" in them, when traditionally, the word "Minister" is used instead of "Chief". I figured that since it was 2011, a new year, we needed something new. Also, in my opinion, "Chief" shows that each position is extremely important, which they are. So, I think they work out fine, and there should be no problems getting used to them (Please, don't make a big deal about this. It's just a little change to the name of the position).

2) A couple of people have asked me to change a few of the pictures in my last article (My manifesto). Most specifically, the pictures they want changed are:

-The first picture, where it shows President Barack Obama and the words "ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKE😨 Become President". Let me tell you why I chose it. For those of you who don't understand the humor behind this, in the console system, Xbox360, there are certain things called achievements, which you can unlock when you accomplish a certain feat. When you accomplish a certain Achievement, something pops-up at the bottom telling you that you unlocked the Achievement, and what the Achievement is. The picture is a joke on that. Obama became President, so as a joke, they showed the same pop-up in the Xbox360, with the words "Become President". I thought it was funny, so that's why I chose it. Also, I see why we should even be angry to see a picture like that. Just because it has Obama in it, doesn't make it evil. I'm thinking of devoting part of my term to letting everyone know that we should respect other country's.

-The second picture, where it shows the famous Uncle Sam poster where he's pointing towards the viewer, and the words "I want you" plastered on. I can see the side of argument the couple of people who want it changed are using. Well, trust me, I tried looking for some Indian pictures, but couldn't fine any that fit in with the rest of the pictures. So, I used a military poster that is famous around the world. While I agree, maybe I shouldn't have used an American poster when talking about the Indian military, trust me, I tried looking for an Indian poster (I even tried looking for an Indian version of the Uncle Sam poster), and found nothing. But at least I didn't use the Uncle Sam poster that says, "I want you for the U.S. military!", right?

Alright, I'm done with my points (Long, I know, I apologize). So, let me know what you think. I thought long and hard about my Cabinet, and finally chose the people I think are best. Trust me, the people I chose for their positions are the best at what they do.

If a position states that it is available, then please apply for it if you are interested. But remember, to get the position, you have to be extremely active. You can't check in every few days. If you do that, we will have to replace you. But, I have a feeling that won't be necessary. So, feel free to apply!

As others might be concerned about this, let me just write it into the article.

Alex, I've read your comment, Jelly's main position is Vice-President, and Mav's main position is Presidential Advisor. Jelly and Mav share the CoFA position because they're the best at it, we need the best during the critical stage that we are in, and because no one was showing interest in the position, or messaging me about becoming the CoFA

Mav's also the Principal of the IIE, but I'm not the one who chooses who gets what job in the IIE.

Other than that, all other positions are taken up by someone else. By the way, if anyone wants to apply for a position, again, message me/Chiefs of that department, or leave a comment. Believe me, Jelly and Mav would love to be just V.P. and P.A., respectively. So, apply for a position if you're interested, and if you're qualified, and if we think you can produce best at that position, you'll get the job!
