衝突其實可以是一種溝通方式，但想跟人溝通的衝突與不想跟人溝通的衝突當中仍存在差異，關鍵在於「是否願意被對方說服」。溝通不只是妥協的過程，而是互相改變的過程；認為自己不需要改變的人，從一開始就已經關上了溝通的大門。



其實很多的時候，我們經常在做這樣的事情~覺得自己有在跟人溝通~但是其實早已關上了溝通的大門~
