Knowledge is Power, Adaptation to Change is Survival

The change that will effect the greatest number of citizens is the new method of WAM (Work as Manager).

What has change😛
~You no longer have to click twice per company you want to WAM.
~You simply click once per company to "select" it as a place to work, then click the "Start Production" button to finish your WAM.
~A running tally of production is kept at the bottom of the dialogue.

What this means:
~Less time and fewer clicks wasted in WAM. For players with lots of companies to WAM daily, this is a massive improvement.
~Players can see at a glance how their inventory will look after WAM is finished.

Overall result:

Company Owners will see the biggest differences with the new changes.

What has change😛
~High Q manufacturing companies can now accomodate 10 employees at a time.
~Any company owned may receive the worker production of all of the employer's workers!
~Employees are no longer assigned to a specific company, they work for the Owner and their productivity is assigned to whichever company the owner chooses.
~A running tally of RM/Production/Cost appears, allowing Owners to know what to expect prior to activating their company production.

What this means:
~The most massive difference is the ability to produce a nearly unlimited amount of materials from a single company. If so desired, a company owner can assign all of his employees to "work in" the same company.
~Daily production balances can be manipulated to very exacting amounts depending on the Owners needs for that day.
~Commune management just got incredibly easy.
~Employers will never again face the fear of running out of Raw Materials, only Currency for Salaries needs to be considered.

Overall Result:

These changes will reshuffle our economic balance.

What matters most:
~High-Q manufacturing output just increased by an amount that is difficult to predict.
~Employers are no longer forced to place employees into Raw Materials jobs.
~The practice of Hire/Fire is no longer relevant.
~Company owners need fewer manufacturing firms.

What this means:
~We should see a temporary drop in the cost of Q6 weapons until wage competition combined with an increase in the cost of WRM drives prices back up. It remains to be seen if WRM prices rise to the point where it is profitable to hire WRM worker production.
~Enraged Gold buyers who invested thousands of Gold into multiple high-Q manufacturing companies will either quit or attempt to recover their investment by selling off surplus manufacturing firms.

Overall Result:

~Expect to see a period of volatility for several days across all markets while adjustments are made. If you like to risk capital on futures, gamble on Raw Materials.

~Militias and Military Units which employ the use of communes will now be able to customize their output. The power of the commune relative to the free market just got stronger.

~The jobs market will become far more stable with the destruction of the hire/fire phenomenon.

~The products markets, however, will likely become more volatile as manufacturers can choose to exploit temporary price anomalies.

~A new era of "Production Hoarding" has begun, where Business owners stuck in regions with low bonuses can choose not to run their companies, instead banking their production for a time when bonuses increase.

~National bonuses have become somewhat less urgent, since company owners can now bank production, move to a favorable economy, and purchase goods until such time as their native production bonuses make it more reasonable to start production once more.

~More than ever before the idea of running a Private Militia is within reach. Unlimited growth potential combined with ultra-customization makes running a commune a matter of merely owning 2 Q5 RM and 2 Q5/6 Manu companies.

~The days of domination by the mega-company-owners is dead (for now). Because anyone with a single Q6 company can produce an unlimited amount of product, the only limiting factor is game activity.

~For the company owner who already owns all the companies he needs, Gold earned will more than ever be best spent on Military pursuit - Training, Energy bars and Bazooka Parts are suddenly smexxy - who needs another Q5 Food company?
