Vice President, Chief of Staff, and a few thank yous [EN/TR]

I said it last month, the most important thing every President does is select a staff. That starts right at the tip top of the chain. So, below you’ll find the two men I’ll rely on most directly during my term as President.

While we don’t have an in-game Vice President the job has become a mainstay in the USA, and I intend to appoint someone I can trust completely with the country during the 6 hours a day I sleep, or when I’m in a car and can’t actively IRC and forum...

To that end, I’m going with someone I believe we can all put our trust in. Sure, for the next few days two of his heads will be quizzing each other on contracts and Con Law, but the third will be barking at me, reminding me of all the things that need to get done.

Yes, that’s right, you’ve guessed it. Cerb will be my Vice President.



Cerb has served in a variety of roles ranging from Congress to Secretary of State even to being President of Australia. There is very little in this game he isn’t aware of, and has one of the most complete understandings of game mechanics of anyone I know. His tenure in the USWP includes every position except for Party President (remind me to pester him about that in future), and I think it’s safe to say that, next to ligtreb, he’s one of the more universally beloved Americans.

I’d trust Cerb as President, so he was an easy pick for Vice President.

My Chief of Staff, he’s a shifty fellow. He tried to escape me, running off to New Zealand, but I pulled him back. The Eternal Secretary of Education is no more. That’s right, Blank Keating has agreed to serve as my Chief of Staff.



Not one of the names most people would think of right away when making a potential Chief of Staff pick, I went with Blank because it’s time that he be brought to center stage. He’s been just out of the spotlight for a long time, doing amazing work in the Interior and Education Departments. He’s done more for player retention than anyone aside from maybe ligtreb and Choc.

I needed a Chief of Staff willing to pass his knowledge on, and that’s what Blank does best. He will not only lead my staff, he will ensure that all Cabinet members are spending enough time training their deputies.

Blank has been waiting in Tripe A for too long, it’s time he was called to the Majors.

Before I close, I’d like to thanks a handful of people for their encouragement and support in this race. They have been there for me in one way or another for months, and without them, I wouldn’t be doing this, and I couldn’t be the President I hope to be.

Speedy, you’re a newer addition to my group of bros, but just as vital as anyone. I can’t wait to read your campaign articles one day.


Lex, your evil plots are some of my favorites, and you too need to one day take the plunge and run for President. Your encouragement last month, and in this endeavor haven’t gone unnoticed.


Frost. What is there to say? Working for you was awesome, and working with you since has been nothing but. One of our best Presidents, and I hope to make you proud.

USWP’deki ayrıcalıkları Parti Başkanlığı dışındaki herşeyi içeriyor (bir ara hatırlatın da onu ilerde bunun için bir sıkıştırayım), ve rahatlıkla söyleyebilirim ki kendisi ligtreb’den sonra, genel olarak en çok sevilen Amerikalılar’dan.

Başkanlık Müsteşarı’nı seçerken birçok kişinin aklına gelebilecek isimlerden olmayabilir ama Blank’i seçtim, çünkü onun artık daha merkezi bir konuma gelme zamanı gelmişti. Uzunca süredir spot ışıklarından uzakta, İçişleri ve Eğitim Bakanlığı’nda müthiş işler çıkarıyordu. ligtreb ve choc dışında yeni oyuncularla ilgilenmek konusunda herhalde herkesten daha fazla çaba sarfetmiştir.

Bilgilerini aktrabilecek bir Başkanlık Müsteşarı’na ihtiyacım vardı ve Blank de bu konuda en iyisi. Sadece hükümetimi yönetmekle kalmayacak, ayrıca bütün Kabine üyelerinin yardımcılarını eğitmeye yeteri kadar zaman ayırmalarını da sağlayacak.

Blank Alt Kademede çok uzun zamandır bekliyordu, artık Büyükler’in arasına çağrılma zamanı gelmişti.
