Benvolguts ciutadans d'eEgipte: / Dear citizens of eEgypt :

Davant d’alguns malentesos en referència a aquest BOE, que podeu llegir setmanalment amb les informacions mes destacades i altres novetats, vull deixar clara la meva postura oficial com a MoC a tots els lectors i ciutadans d’ eEgipte.

Aquesta introducció, que ara mateix llegiu, expressa la meva opinió subjectiva, ja que evidentment sóc jo qui la escric, però que com a MoC procuro que a la vegada sigui també mes moderada i objectiva.

Es per això, que potser a vegades no estigueu d’acord amb el que escric o altres vegades si, però es una garantia de llibertat d’expressió i de independència de intrusions, manipulacions o coaccions.

La meva tasca a aquest ministeri, tenint en compte que no represento al partit majoritari, no es la de posar pals a les rodes del govern, ni de fer proselitisme del meu partit. La única intenció es informar, amb millors o pitjors resultats, però informar a la ciutadania.

Mes avall, al final d’aquesta introducció, trobeu normalment uns apartats destinats a les informacions de cada ministeri en particular i del Congrés. Habitualment, aquestes informacions son facilitades directament al MoC i es transcriuen literalment a les seccions corresponents.

Si no hi ha informació disponible d’ algun dels ministeris, es per que no hi ha cap novetat destacable o es que aquest no ens ha fet arribar cap comunicació. Excepcionalment, si hi ha alguna noticia important i no hi ha comunicat oficial, es probable que des del MoC i a través de les seves pròpies fonts, s’inclogui alguna informació que podria no ser compartida per els representants del ministeri en qüestió.

Aclarat aquest punt, comencem amb el resum del mes destacat de la setmana.

Continuen les investigacions sobre la desaparició dels diners de les org’s de l’Estat al final de l’ anterior legislatura. Tot i que hi han alguns indicis, proves i testimonis, encara no hi han dades definitives per poder fer una acusació concreta i un judici dels fets. El govern està a l’espera d’ aconseguir aquestes dades oficials que finalment determinaran el camí a seguir.

Hi han diverses propostes des de diferents àmbits per tirar endavant un projecte constitucional de la Nació Catalana a eEgipte, com a base per poder definir altres propostes de llei com la del Poder Judicial, la llei electoral i d’ altres futures. Aquesta proposta tindrà que determinar el sistema de partits, les administracions outgame i quin es el paper de la comunitat catalana dins d’ eEgipte, entre altres coses. El govern juntament amb els ciutadans, estan treballant en aquests temes. Fonamentalment els debats s’ estan duent a terme en el fòrum.

El tema principal de la setmana, probablement siguin les eleccions a Presidents de Partits (que s’estan realitzant en aquest moment mentre es redacta aquest text). Els resultats els podreu veure a aquesta pàgina.

El MoI ha estat treballant per no deixar cap porta oberta per on es puguin colar elements TO.

En declaracions privades, el ministre s’ ha compromès en el control dels partits anomenats “satèl·lits” per evitar TO’s i en que els representants dels partits denominats oficials, 7isbaltahrir, FreeNations i PaïsosCatalgipcians, no pateixin intrusions externes.

Un tema candent ha sigut la postulació al Partit Catalgipcià d’ AliGual a qui se li ha impedit i negat la seva postulació outgame. Ha fet arribar una comunicació al MoC (que no reproduïm per tractar-se d’una conversa privada externa) queixant-se i denunciant aquests fets que qualifica d’ absència de democràcia.

No opinaré sobre la qüestió, per evitar critiques i tensions posteriors que tindré si ho faig en aquest butlletí, però sembla evident que es una prova mes de que el darrers canvis fets en el sistema electoral de la comunitat catalana deixen veure molts forats en el seu funcionament i problemes democràtics pendents que resoldre.

Finalment, apuntar que en el tema internacional, els nostres aliats de l’ aliança Wolf, KSA, i segons la confirmació del seu MoFA I-G-D, han estat TO per, segons afirma, 40 multi-comptes que han usurpat el Partit del govern encara que segons sembla, han pogut preservar el Tresor i posar-lo en lloc segur així com les org’s saudites. Per el moment no disposem de mes informació.

El Ministeri de Defensa comunica un canvi en les prioritats de Defensa a favor d'aquells països que lluiten contra Grècia durant els pròxims dies fins passar el congrés per debilitar la posició Grega des de ja mateix tan com puguem, això vol dir lluitar per la Rep. El ministeri de finances degut a l'historial de república bananera del país ha decidit treure un reglament (inferior al rang de llei, però es el que pot fer un ministre) sobre el lloguer de les org.

3.-El govern enviara un ticket demanant als admins que investiguen si té multis a qualsevol persona que es vagi a fer càrrec d'una org.
4.-La persona que llogue una org no deu tindre multis ni qualsevol activitat que posi en perill de ban la org.
5.-El MoF posara com a administrador únic de l'org llogada a la persona que ha llogat l'org (ho canviara ingame en l'apartat corresponent de l'org).
6.-La persona que lloga canviara immediatament el correu relacionat amb l'org i la contrasenya.

El MoF ha aconseguit posar en funcionament (sota mínims) 4 orgs, una sota la meva exclusiva responsabilitat, una sota la responsabilitat del CP, una sota la responsabilitat del MoD i altra sota la responsabilitat del MoI.

Es demana a tots els ciutadans interessats comuniquen amb el MoF http://www.erepublik.com/es/citizen/profile/8056892 si volen llogar cap org.

Igualment us informo que l'org que jo gestione només té 13000 cc, dels quals 5000 cc han sigut aportats com a inversió per un ciutadà. El retorn per als inversionistes serà del 90%, el 10% restant anirà, a escollir per la persona que faci l' inversió a:

1.-El banc de panets.
2.-El banc del partit que escollisca l'inversor.
3.-L'estat.

Com us dic, calen inversors ja que amb els calers que hi ha en esta org es difícil jewejar i obtindre un gran retorn -kumanovobanc 🙂
