Use cases for new houses

Currently I see only following cases:

1. Activate it a hour before taking BH
2. Activate it a hour before important battle
3. Activate it before going to sleep
4. Activate it a hour before week change

If use house for case 1 only then one Q1 house is enough for a lot of BHs 🙂. If you take BH daily then for a half year.
If for cases 1+2 then one Q1 house is enough for several mounths
If for cases 1+2+3 then one Q1 house is enough for 3 weeks (8 hours to sleep is enough)

To produce one house need 5 days.

I do not see difference between Q2 and Q1. So do not upgrade to Q2 because downgrade you lose 2/3.
So, a huge amount of houses will go to market.
Prices will go lower and lower. Profit will be not high.
And salary will go lower as well. Till, I think, 40cc.

None of the houses will be enough for months or years because each time you deactivate it, the durability is going down. If your house was activated for 5 hours and then you deactivated it, you lose 6 hours from its durability (always 1 hour more).

If I activate it for 59 minutes then I lose 1 hour.
59 minutes is enough to recover 1 house energy.

Voted! I agree that once the hype of housing dies down, the prices will go along with it.
