So I woke up to this gem in my inbox:
And it struck me as hilarious.
You see from what I remember of the Spanish invasion all Oinyo did was offer to pay rent on our own regions, and what really pushed them out was a hugely successful guerilla war championed by Crisfire (and Exalted Druid?) then headed by Rylde and Rolo.
In fact the only "talking" he did at the time was vilify anyone not willing to hand over our country and bend the knee to the Spanish.
While I find revisionist history as handy a tool as anyone, this level of ego and complete disregard of even a sliver of the truth (klop was the one who really brokered peace in the end) is absolutely astonishing, and should be called out everytime.

Dont you remember Xander? We had the good cop bad cop thing going on. I was actually in talks with Rylde or whoever at the time saying to go full mntal with the Mob and I would condemn it while sweet talking Spain.
Heck.. We worked on articles together lol. We convinced eSpain that the meb was not working on behalf of eCan and all that. When espain was pushed out they kept only 2 or land that we promised to pay for to get back (We never did) and after another month of me babbling to them they just left lol.
Lol wasn't me and i know damn well it wasn't rolo. Where u cook up this garbage.

The funny part of this article is attempting to publish "facts" in an environment of sporadic record keeping and fanatical party drum banging. Facts have no place in this game, other than to create more rage finger pointing and conjecture.
And despite all evidence to the contrary, if you repeat your version of history enough times, it does not make it fact.
Party drum banging? I didn't realize that party politics played a role in calling out what is probably the biggest farce of a claim I've ever read in this game.
Next you're going to tell me that Rolo isn't a hero and patriot at all, and is actually a thief!

No idea how the good cop bad cop routine is being seen as anything but genius. I was very pro mob but played the part of you guys going out of control to keep espain thinking we were on their side.
I was in talks with the mob the whole time while making really weak obvious troll articles condemning the MOBS actions.
They for sure had a massive part in bringing eCan back vs the giants that were crushing us for a year without us being able to do aything but remember all the mind games we did together that month (If you were in either my csbinet OR the mob you wuld remember this.
Remember eSpain loved me (the links from Xander show that in our talks) so they wanted to work out a deal to get paid for our out of control mob.. as I was telling them no no we are on eSpains side... It was all mind games 😛 Lots and lots of mind games lol.
Those that are able to think a little deeper than (I see nail.. hulk smash) will be able to see just how many angles we were hitting that month to get our land finally back) And yes. Even though it was on my watch. EVERYONE in eCan was critical to get our land back and everyone did perfectly to achieve that 🙂
eCan is stronger and smarter than you give us credit for. To win and get around things you simply need to think deeper strategies and use what is successfull IRL.

Funny how Rylde and Rolo, who you claim were in on it with you, both find your claims laughable.
It has been 2 years 🙂 People forget things and there are party lines that blind people as well lol.
In the end it was everyone working together at different angles to get the job done. Even you had a part of it back then Muglack 😃
When eCanada puts its mind towards a common goal we are a hell of a force. Each party using its skills and stregths to attack on all sides to get our land back.
Army, Political, emotional, friendship, Obtaining the most allies eCan has ever seen in its history and having them help us fight back. We are a powerhouse 🙂
Each party and each player contributing what they have to progressing the country. This is our greatest strength.

We may have talked when I was drunk but in no way did you plan anything me and Rolo did. You get zero credit for us booting them out. You screamed to the high heavens for us to stop until Canada took the upper hand.

lol Xander 🙂 They were in absolute control and had a force that of 100 times ours. Of course they were being cocky.. Who wouldnt be? We tried for months to push back with everything we had to no avail. Canada was at its smallest and weakest at the point of its chats. Most people left the country and/or were starved out 😛

As MoFA during this time I can say that it had less to do with 'the resistance' movement and more to do with the update that brought in Determination and RH medals. Though 'the resistance' did prove useful in regaining territory while allowing myself to keep Spain happy with our government and not mad at what happened. The updates made Spain have to rethink their whole geo-poltical situation, doubt ' the resistance' did much.
