Every each citizen is very important no matter what their levels are. Here we are all crying about we are not getting enough numbers and players for eaustralia so every player we lose is as important as anything for this country.

Every player is important. But we shouldn't "beg" them to stay. By the sound of his article he wasn't considering leaving. He is actually leaving. I doubt there is anything we could say.
