The Return of Empress Day!

Many a citizen has been abuzz with talk of Empress Day of late. I have heard questions such as:

1. "Why did it stop?"

2. "Is Lady Gaga really our new Empress?"

and of course,

3. "Is Lady Gaga really a man?"

Well, please allow me to answer those questions now.

1. It stopped because we let it stop. As citizens, we must support each holiday and event. Now go dust off your kimonos and yukatas and prepare to have some fun!

2. No, s/he is NOT our new Empress.

3. Yes, I believe so.
