I. Preamble:
A. Whereas we have had numerous immigrants in the past 4 weeks;
B. Whereas a concentration of these immigrants have a strong connection with Serbia - in ingame citizenship, in language, in Patriot damage, among other things;
C. Whereas the majority of these immigrants seem to be aligning with a particular eCanadian party;
II. Be it moved,
A. That any Congress member of any Party who grants citizenship to any individual who:
(i) has any Serbian True Patriot Damage, or
(ii) has current Serbian Citizenship, or
(iii) has newspaper articles written in the Serbian language, or
(iv) has shouts in the Serbian language,
B. shall be immediately considered to have violated the letter and the spirit of this Act. The only exception is if the Immigration Council grants clearance to Congress to give citizenship to such an individual who is described by one or more of the 4 clauses above.
C. A Congress member who violates this Act shall be subject to the following conditions:
(i) The loss of Forum Masking for a Period of 3 months
(ii) Any ingame motion put forth by said congress member shall be considered Rogue and
is required to be voted down by Congress, as if said motion had never been made.
The only exception is a motion to Impeach the President, and the Speaker shall direct
Congress on how to vote in such a situation.
(iii) The Speaker, or someone acting on behalf of the Speaker, shall write articles declaring the
the status of these individuals in the days prior to the 2 Congressional Elections which these
sanctions shall be in effect.
D. An eCanadian Party is considered in violation of this Act when 3 or more Congress Members, elected under their party,
have violated this Act, provided the 3 violations happened in a 90 day period. An eCanadian Party who is in violation this act
shall have their entire Congress Membership subject to the conditions outlined in Article II, Section C (i) & (ii) & (iii).
III. Distinct Legislation.
A. The sanctions and penalties outlined in this Act shall not to be considered as being named to the Blacklist Act. The
penalties and sanctions contained in this Act are specific only to the unauthorized granting of citizenship to individuals
described above, in Article II, Section A.
B. No votes are required by Congress to deem a Congress Member in violation of this Act. Any Congress Member may
post a link in Open Door Congress, to the "Citizenships Applications - Approved" page, along with a description of who
and how the violation was made. This is sufficient to demonstrate the violation, and shall be followed by the Speaker
removing the mask of the offending Congress Member.

The reason this is not true is because you write things like this, and because you have made a point of accepting citizenship requests from people who appear to be very likely candidates for hostile political actions. Candy-coat your actions all you like - you let in people you shouldn't have not for the betterment of eCanada, but to make a point. Should they turn out to be a long-term benefit to the country, it is by accident, not because of any pure intentions on the part of your congressmen.
As a result, you won't get enough votes to compete with the ACTUAL top 5 opposition party - MDP. Terrorist commie rabble are incapable of doing the job that the fascist MDP can do, which is why you will likely never supplant us as the official opposition.
As it stands, you only have as much congressional representation - thus as much ability to oppose CPF - as Imperial Wolves, which has just over half your numbers in terms of membership. MDP has (currently) 11 fewer members than UF, but nearly twice as many congressmen (9 vs 5). If UF was the party of opposition, and not just terrorist commie rabble trying to pad their ranks with dodgy immigrants, you would have a number of congressmen proportionate to your membership.
The fact that you have as many as you do is alarming enough, because you people seem to have no interest in an actual political agenda besides "CPF is bad, stop attacking us 🙁 " and having a very dangerous open-door policy on immigration. You will let anyone run on your bill regardless of whether or not that candidate will act in the best interests of eCanada.
