Dear Serbian Brothers!

Once again let me welcome you on behalf of the Russian Government!
As you might be aware of, we are currently running the Program for Migration to eRussia. We a pleased to inform you that Serbian community was established in our country and we are proud to say that they are doing pretty well - for us this means that we comply with all their demands, and we are happy on this outcome! Our program is targeted mainly on the low-skill citizens, who find it hard to survive in eSerbia, however, highly skilled persons could also find it useful. Under this program you will be provided with:

1)Free ticket to Russia
2)Free Q2 food package to support you during your first 5 days in eRussia
3)Free enrollment for house rent/buy program
4)Free training under your military service with Russian Armed Forces (optional). This might involve frequent travel overseas, tickets and weapons provided.
5) Wellness support program (if your wellness is lower then 40)
6)You are free to join any political party, run for Congress, set up your own company or even apply for Governmental positions (our current Minister of Immigration, for example, is Macedonian).

Under this program you will have to reside in eRussia for at least 60 days, except for military training breaks.

You might be exempt from compulsory 60-days residency requirement upon special leave permission from the Ministry (for example, in case your native country is at war, or there is a threat of TO).
