Oinyo was it you that stabbed the Russian diplomat a while back?
In Oinyo's defence, I don't think the diplomat was particularly sharp anyways, since they made a point of sending him back to Russia. Some people just aren't cut out for diplomatic work.

For all we know he might have been a fine diplomat but a high profile and potentially embarrassing court case would not have helped Russia's diplomatic profile. The safest choice was thus to recall him.
It's actually quite common, too. Diplomats almost always get recalled not only after having committed a crime but any time that they would be involved in lengthy court proceedings.
