The rules of the community were bent to favor the one side, similar to what is happening over here. That is why they lost confidence in the immigration rules and started accepting immigrants.

Rules weren't bent for one side, those where the rules of the community. If person or group wants them changed then they have to do it in a democratic way GEN. DE LA REY. That is how democracy works if you want things change you need to gather support for it and not like in eBE let in a shitload of people so you can change rules made by the community over the last 6 years.

In that light, it's sadly normal that he refuses citizen applications in his role as MoHA. That's what he does to keep the current status quo. He has been put there to prevent eNL to become a better place for all RL NL players, so I&W will stay being the most influencial party.

I remember Ninapje as I respected member of our society, but she wasn't a member of I&W, so I do understand that she can't return to eNL once she left. That is very sad, but we all have to face that that is the way it now is.

I will not reply on the ninapje/kordak situation, i've made my decision on that case and as far as i'm concerned it's final.

Though I fully have to agree with Kordak, his argument "you can't accuse the Vice President of having a multi" makes no sense. In the past, people who should have been even more trustworthy than the VP turned out to have had multi's.

Yes, we have had a 11 term CP or whatever that has had 8+ accounts from his home ip. Cheaters are everywhere, though especially in Zeeland.

Once again the inexperience and the noobs complain while the experience are forced to listen to them whine while still dealing with the daily operations of governance...

Speaking for myself it started when I&W party buddy Konrad Neumann got accepted within 1 minute by this minister and he ran for congress 2 weeks later. No problem for ME, but the same minister wanted a thorough discussion first when MY party buddy Aries came back and we got a speech about how unwelcoming it would be if he immediately would get politically involved.
And now Kordak's buddy gets rejected, not because there is a threat to national security established by the minister, but because this buddy is 'deemed not active enough'.
So, there are a few people here that see a pattern and are looking with extra attention at where this is going.

"Can" was not always "should". For example during Garmr's term it wasn't. There really was a minimal immigration policy than. Meaning that any potential risk was weighed way more heavily than what those citizens could achieve in eNL.

In this case there are a number of facts to be taken into consideration.
- I know that Ninapje was eDutch before.
- I know that she emigrated on her own accord, basically following Kordak to Ireland.
- I also know that Kordak is far from neutral. I.e. he shouldn't vouch in this case.
- I know Ninapje was not very active in eRep at the moment she first applied. It was basically her only day of training for weeks.

So I do understand odan's decision of weighing some risk, a hardly valid vouch, and low in-game inactivity might boil down to a rejection.

Note: seeing that a few things are changing, I'm sure Ninapje will be able to gather more support to join eNL.
1: She is more active now
2: Quite some people think that odan made a wrong decision, so maybe they can vouch for her.

And if we want to rule out her and Kordak being multies, both of them could be in different IRC conversations simultaneously, about totally different subjects. If both are able to just do so at a normal speed, than I guess that proves they're not multies.

If it was my call, I'd have let her in though. I don't want any strangers, but former NL'ers are almost always welcome.

I applied at the exact same time while having been inactive for 2 months. So the inactivity part shouldn't have mattered.

Maybe at last something would change in this 'elitism' political structure of eNL. Im so happy that i gain my CS before such a people get in positions - Im polish so im 100% spy and ptoer and such a things, dont care that i make first steps for free eNetherlands while i was CP of PL right ? Its weird cause right now im 2-3 weeks out of home and often without internet connection, so i cant TRAIN everyday ( thats a true ) .... Then why i would be accepted ?
