My friends and supporters,

A month ago I came before you to ask for your vote, and you responded overwhelmingly. Even now I feel that I am heavily indebted to every member who looked past my youth and saw my vision and drive. Now I feel that I have settled into the job of leading this great party, but I need one more month to finish my reforms.

I ask you for your support for a lot of reasons; I’ll get on to those soon. But first I’d like to talk to you about my experience and my achievements in this last month.

I am currently the Minister of Finance of the UK, the writer of the Economist weekly paper, the leader of the Guild of Hard Workers, Congress member for lovely Yorkshire and Humberside and proud leader of The Unity Party. I feel that my experience gives me the strength and knowledge to lead this party with confidence in the forums, and in the public eye.

Under my leadership we as a party have achieved great victories. When I took power a month ago, we were the third party in the UK; we were twenty sixth in the world. A month later we have overtaken the PCP and become the United Kingdom's third party; the twelfth largest in the world. Our membership has grown by a third. The TUP newspaper has went from thirty three subscribers to over a hundred. It is currently the seventh most subscribed newspaper in the UK. Last month it was forty-ninth. One of my first contributions was the formulation of a party manifesto and constitution. We are currently putting our promises into legislation and passing them through parliament. The Ministerial Reports Bill and Wellness Fast Bill are only the first of many. Perhaps most importantly of all, for the first time since the formation of the party more than a year ago we stood a Presidential Candidate and we won.

This winning streak can go on. A vote for Iain Keers is a vote for continuing lasting change, both within the Unity Party and nationally. Soon comes the challenge of writing a manifesto for our congressional candidates, to present to the public. We need to build on our successes and show the public that we listen to their voice. We need to introduce the revolutionary ideas that are needed to turn us from a tier three power into a tier one power. We have the population, we have the will- now all we need are the votes.

Vote Iain Keers Unity Party President
For a strong leader, for a strong future
