Good afternoon America. Today I have some updates for my ongoing competition I'd like to share with you all.

There are four categories and plenty of prizes to be won.

UPDATE #1: Prize redistribution. Previously when a category did not receive enough entries to qualify for the contest, the prizes for them remained dormant. I am changing that. If a category doesn't qualify then its prizes will be redistributed to the categories that do qualify. I wanted a way to be able to increase the prizes from 50Q7 weapons per winner, and this is my solution. Hope you guys enjoy it.

UPDATE #2: A minor rule change. Short Stories word limit (and this has been edited in the original article) is now lowered from 11,000 words to 10,000.

Thanks for reading everyone, currently 2 out of the 4 categorizes have qualified for prizes. 1 of those 2 and qualified for runner-up prizes as well. The categories currently eligible are Six Word Memoir and Journalism. One more entry and Short Story will qualify, but there are no Poetry entries yet.

If you don't plan on entering, keep an eye out for when the voting begins! I promise there will be some trick or treaty surprises.
