We here at the Maine Frontier would like to bring to your attention a problem that has developed here in eIreland. Trolls. Yes Trolls. Throughout our history there have been the odd off and on sightings. The occasional pop up of some lone misfit who quickly moved on but nothing like the situation we now find ourselves in.

eIreland has a troll problem.

For those of you who don't know what an internet troll is well this graphic may help you.

If you come across an internet troll the best thing to do is to ignore it. Many an intelligent person has tried to reason with a troll and it does not work. There is no way to satisfy a troll.

So remember kids.

Ignore The Trolls.

: to unfairly think of or describe (someone or something) as belonging to a particular group, having only a particular skill, etc.

A pigeon is a type of bird and a pigeon hole is a very small hole made in a piece of wood for pigeons to stay in. This hole is only slightly bigger than the pigeon, so the pigeon has little room to move. If you “pigeon hole” someone, it means that you make too many generalizations about that person based on a stereotype. It isn’t a good thing to “pigeonhole” people. For example, a common stereotype is that all lawyers are crooks… if you think this way, then you are pigeonholing lawyers… accountants are boring… cooks are fat…. Artists are airy fairy… etc. Now, stop to think about it… are all lawyers crooks? Accountants boring? Cooks fat? Artists airy fairy? Of course not.

The reason one pigeonholes in eRepublik is to create the us vs them concept in young players mind thereby strengthening their herd and creating feelings of malcontent against the person they pigeonhole.

its most often used by americans because they have freedom of speech. meaning their natural instinct of conforming others to a massive blob of sameness is not allowed. They therefore use psychological methods to try and circumvent freedom of spec by categorizing people and prescribing usually a negative view/actions towards these people being instilled.

if I where to pigeonhole KC i would say he is just your typical soccer dad. That his worth in society is a keg in a wheel. That he is unlike me incapable of spectacular problem solving. That he is incapable lie'ing in his bath to think of a million dollar idea such as I can. That I had better ideas in this 2 weeks than he had in his entire year.

Thats because I thought myself to doubt every bit of knowledge / fact there is and to not think of myself as a piece of a puzzle and to belief in myself. I am therefore only extending this here and not accepting your facts as is.
