PTO surrender

Recently, the Shoe People, a serbian PTO group sent as part of operation merciless angel to help RGR, left the country. They said it was a good time trying but that it is no longer feasible to PTO the united states in a meaningful way. With this, I predict a possible surrender of the PTO movement all together given that RGR has also mentioned quitting.

As we have seen previously, informal surrender is now on the table as a warfare option, so I am here to propose possible terms for a PTO surrender that I think the AFA should agree to. I do not expect that these terms will be used, but that they might give helpful tips in crafting a real treaty.

I.Preamble
For just over one year, A serbian PTO group officially led by this Ronald Gipper Reagan has attempted repeatedly to overthrow, disrupt, or generally muck up the democratic process of the American political system. As such, in order to establish the internal security of the USA as well as the smooth transition of either deportation or sincere apology and making of amends for all members of the AFA albeit Ronald Gipper Reagan, who faces only one of those options, the undersigned parties hereby agree in full to the following terms.

II.Terms
A. Ronald Gipper Reagan will report any and all multis he controls, with multis being accounts following the definition given by the admins, to both the US Department of Homeland Security, and the admins. He will be required to screen shot both the letter he sends to the official DHS head containing the links to his multi-account profiles, as well as screen shots of report tickets with these same profiles sent to the admins.
B. The American Constitution Party, will be disbanded and Ronald Gipper Reagan will not be allowed to create parties lest he risk breaking this treaty.
C. Ronald Gipper Reagan will write an article apologizing directly for both all threats(naming them individually) he has made to players pertaining to real life, as well as all the harm he has caused the American community.
D. Ronald Gipper Reagan will return to Serbia and never re-enter the citizenship of the USA under any form including multi's
E. All members of the American Constitution Party with the exception of Ronald Gipper Reagan, will forfeit their US citizenship or apologize formally and integrate themselves into the US community as respectable citizens. This is entirely their choice to make, and it is allowed for the sake of giving misinformed players another shot.
F. The IES shall create a separate set of immigration protocol for all immigrants from Serbia, this protocol shall be stricter and made to exclude all possible possibility of another Serbian PTO attempt.
G. Ronald Gipper Reagan will send out a mass message to the members of the American Constitution party before following any other terms of this treaty, containing content created by the US congress as well as approved by the executive branch of the US. This content shall be ATO related in part at the very least.
H. The day this treaty goes into effect will be celebrated every 3 months as "ATO victory day"

III. Enforcement
A.If the USA breaks any of these terms, it shall make Ronald Gipper Reagan President for one month in full.
B. If Ronald Gipper Reagan breaks any of these terms, the USA shall resume an ATO stance and forever make RGR's elife a living hell, trust me RGR, we can do that.
