Food's best offer would be Q2 once again. But, for weapons, with the new equation to figure out the CPU, the best offers would be Q1 and Q5.

Editor's Note
I have found a new way of doing the CPU for weapons because I forgot to take into consideration of the firepower, so the new formula is:
Weapons Price / (Quality x 2)
It is quality times two, because the firepower is 20 times the quality, so it would be times 2.
I am sorry for not taking the firepower of the weapons into consideration, from here on out I will be doing the new formula.
