Open letter to the Romanian government.

Dear Government of Romania,

The kind people of Montenegro offer you a once in a lifetime deal.

We will be conducting an RW type TW on your territory including the following territories: BuchaRest - Moldova and Transilvania.
It will only cost your treasury a mere 400k cc per week as long as the TW lasts.

If you choose to decline our generous offer we will put a NE on you and wipe you for at least 3 months. You will be celebrating Christmas under Montenegrin flag.
