On my suspension from congress

To those that do not have a clue what I am talking about please refer to this article posted by Jacobi

As this problems seems to escalate more and more and as more congressmen fall to the guillotine, first Temujin now Jacobi and now myself I find implied to say a few words on why we are doing what we do and why we are challenging the speaker.

I know Temujin is probably is in it for the lulz but the point he made last month is valid and is something that bugged congress for an eternity now and yet it was never fixed. The recurring problem is a loop-hold in the constitution that was not fixed by the congressional decorum when it was proposed, right now anyone can run for speaker no matter if he is a congressman in Canada or not if he get's proposed, seconded and accepts that said nomination he is on the ballot, no questions asked. This problem has haunted the halls of congress for more times then I can count and I can name a few of those incidents right now: Goran Thraxs nomination for speaker, Temujin's play last month, Temujin's play this month.

This subject keeps finding a way to irritate congress and is getting more ridiculous by the month. Last month after Temujin's lols proposal of Adam Sutler for speaker, a proposal that could not affect congress at all, Speaker Chochi decided to suspend our former CP TemujinBC. A vote to overturn the suspension was started imediately and I originally voted for overturn as I thought (and still think) it was an abuse made by the speaker.

During the ongoing vote I received a message from Chochi telling me that he want's to set a precedence and that in any way the suspension will be over before the vote. In this message he asked me to change my vote and trust him so I did. I changed my vote to uphold in the hopes that with the problem clear and starring him in the eyes Speaker Chochi would do something about it.

Nothing happend, one month later the same incident repeats. Temujin proposes Adam Sutler for speaker. The circumstances this time are a lot different. I don't know about Jacobi but I for one seconded or nominated or whatever Chochi want's to call it Sutlers nomination wishing to make a point, a point that Chochi wishes to ignore and instead of solving the problem creating more.

With that done I wish to reply to Chochis reply in Open Door Congress by with he stated that a constitutional amendment is to much trouble for a bunch of idiots like me, Jacobi and Temujin.

Dear Speaker,
If you think a constitutional amendment is to much of a trouble for congress then we should dissolve congress and all it's affiliates. If making laws is to much of a work for the legislative body of our country then why have it at all?

So you can go running around your house shouting mister deputy speaker to a monitor? I think not.

Last month we had this problem because of a loophole in our laws, this month we have it because you did not want to bother yourself doing your job or encouraging others to do it for you.

Call me silly, call me an idiot, call me whatever you like but the fact is you abbused your power as speaker by suspending Temujin, Jacobi and myself and you failed to do the duty you where elected to do.

I trusted that you would fix the problem after last month's message, if you will not then I WILL!

P.S.
If you are wondering why both me and Jacobi choose suspension over deletion of the message here are a few reasons:
1) We love Adam Sutler
2) We don't like censorship
3) We are masochists

Enjoy!
