OK, for those who don't know, I live at the northern edge of the Ozarks, I was a teenager in the 70's and am generally a non-conformist although I try to get along with people. (Assuming they don't come to my house messin' round and otherwise leave me the hell alone.)

Friends

I have a few friends in RL. I try not to have too many. Most people are acquaintances. A friend is someone you call at 2 am and they ask "What's wrong?" not "Do you know what time it is?".

Australia is Canada's friend. They wanted to escape Chile's stranglehold on their homeland so they AS'ed their way into Nordic lands. Now the UK is causing problems for these friends. They are trying to foul up Norway's Congress plans and want to knock Australia out of Finland. This is what is happening out the UK's front door.

Backdoor

I think it's time to come in the backdoor. The UK needs to be shown some special love.

No one went after Australia as their appearance in the North was rather a surprise and as a number of eAussies are former eUKers - there's no appetite to 'go' at them.

Sweden NE was an auto response by 1 of our congress to a Swedish NE. Wheter that passes or not after they debate the decision..........dunno

Finland = Meh!

Norway = Ends in a few hours

Don't think we can be allies as essentially we're the only neighbour you can ever attack that even promises some form of gain (oil).

US is too strong for you and Ireland too weak.

Portugal gets you nothing aside from the potential to get after Oil and Rubber in S.America and that's probably beyond Canada's ability to hold.

So eUK is pretty much the default option.

Really grateful for all of Canada's support during this campaign. You guys have been really good to us. I am glad that we ended up on Canada's side of the fence... When we were without alliance, UK went out of their way to block our entry into Sirius, even though they were our close ally during TWO. They knew that we had a long dark history with Indonesia, and they wanted Indonesia's damage for Sirius, that's why they blocked Australia from entering Sirius... There were a handful of Brits who were against UK's actions and we know who they are... But that's what they did to a former close ally, they dumped us for Indonesia who they had nothing to do with them during TWO and were their enemy during TWO.. Anyway, Canada has always been good to Australia, we know who our true friends are that's for sure...

We just wanted to rent some regions, that's it.... We didn't NE UK or attack UK... UK just wouldn't honor the training war agreement with Norway, and kept creeping back in... I had to get Asteria to keep getting them out... After the training war, you still wouldn't leave and fought even harder to take a third region trondelag and almost won that too... Never did you MoD or government put DOs up to retreat from Norway after the training wars.. I even saw your VP shouting on the feed to fight for UK, then the comment was deleted, not long after, because you knew what you were doing.. It was funny to see the Lithuanian Airstrike in perfect timing with the training war UK refused to end... You violated an agreement.. You thought that no one noticed, but more took notice than you thought :🙂

The TW couldn't end till today as Norway put a NE on whilst Attacking Scotland.

Until the NE's are off we can't peace out unless we lose contact or one of us is wiped.

Second condition is being met due to Norways lack of regions but we certainly don't intend to keep Norway wiped as we get no econ bonuses and it's also rather boring being the occupier.

Sordid & Vestandpants you can have back quite easily and the others from Sweden (presumably) just as easy if a little delayed.

That Norway screwed itself timewise by doing some deal with Finland and Aussieland that we're not party to isn't really something we can be faulted for.

Norway NEd UK because UK wouldn't leave after the training wars.. Go back and read the original terms and conditions. After the tournament both countries were supposed to return any conquered regions and withdraw forces.UK kept pressing and refused to withdraw.. In fact they kept trying to take more Norwegian regions.. Any conquered regions were supposed to be returned AFTER the tournament ended... And if you didn't do it intentionally, why did you make such big efforts to deny Norway congress? UK rid everything they could to stop Nord-Norge being handed back for congress.. Then the Hugh COs for Oslandet and Sirius prio in an attempt to block their congress, when you weren't even meant to be there in the first place as that region was supposed to have been returned after the tournament .. Stop kidding yourself, it's obvious who the aggressor was..

Norway NE'd us when the tournament was ending thus keeping the war open till at least yesterday.

There were no huge CO's just 10K packets from various MU's which were spent to finish the war in the fastest way possible.

Soon as it ended the Norwegians strolled to victory in the 1st RW and will do so in the subsequent RWs

You're trying to make the excuse about not being able to declare peace for 6-7 days. What I am saying is, after the tournament you were supposed to return the regions and at least start again.. But you kept pressing.. Then you took advantage of the 'Training war''situation with the Lithuanian Airstrike..

And what does game mechanics have to do with trying to deny Norway congress when you weren't meant to be there in the first place as you had advanced into those regions from the training war??
