eCitizens of The New World, I present to you my first article of my newly created paper, zamrg's ramblings!

For those who don't know who I am, I'm a eSouth African citizen, a successful business owner with 3 companies, a member of the eUSA army and a former soldier of the eSouth African elite Paratroopers division. I'm starting my journalism career with a eLottery, the proceeds of which will go towards the eSouth African government and the eUSA army. I will not be taking any profit for myself and 100% profit will go towards helping the aformentioned organisations. I will also be donating 0.1g for every 1 ticket purchased to the 2 organisations.



My eLottery initiative has been endorsed by the eSouth African government.

Why another eLottery?
- eSouth Africa is back on the map and your money will go towards getting her feet off the ground
- The eUSA army has been fighting fearlessly in World War III and your money will help arm soldiers and aid the ongoing war effort


Where will my money be going?
- 40% will go to the eSouth African government for general purpose funding
- 30% will go to the eSouth Africa Health Center who provides numerous social wellfare programs for citizens (free food, gifts, moving tickets & newbie training)
- 30% will go to the eUSA army


What do I stand to win?
- The total prize pool will be to the value of +-40 gold
- 1st place will win 25 gold
- 2nd place will win 10 gold
- 3rd place will win 4 gold
- 4th place will win 10 x Q1 weapons



How much does a ticket cost and how do I enter?
- A ticket will cost 1 gold and there is no limit as to how many tickets one can purchase
- To purchase a ticket, donate the sum of (1 gold x number of tickets to purchase) to my citizen account, zamrg


How will a winner be chosen?
- When a ticket is purchased, it will be assigned a number from 1 to x where x is the number of the last ticket purchased
- You will be notified of your ticket number(s) within 24 hours of purchasing a ticket(s)
- The draw will take place on day 656 and the winning ticket numbers will be generated by Gabriel Borien, eSouth Africa's former president and a Sergeant in the eUS Airborne, using the website http://www.random.org (*edit* Gabriel Borien will no longer be doing the draw since he's participating in the eLottery)
- The first number drawn will be for 1st place, 2nd for 2nd place, 3rd for 3rd place and 4th for 4th place


Terms & Conditions
* The eLottery prizes will only be awarded if a minimum of 35 tickets are sold (1 gold * 35 tickets = 35 gold proceeds minimum)
* If > 35 but * The profits earned above 40 gold proceeds will be distributed to the above organisations in the specified percentages
* The cut off date to enter is day 656 at 03:00.
* The winners will be announced in my paper on day 656
* In the event that the lottery is cancelled, postponed or the minimum ticket purchase requirement isn't met, the gold will be returned to all purchasers and allocated ticket numbers will be void
* The ticket price may be lowered in the future in which case all existing ticket holders will receive additional tickets in the % change of price.
* The cut off date and draw date may be pushed back in which case existing ticket ticket holders will have the option to either retain their tickets or receive a full refund.


eLottery Promotions

1. Big Spender Draw

If you purchase 4 or more tickets, you will automatically be entered into the next mini-draw where you can win 1 free ticket + 2 Q1 weapons.

The mini-draws will take place on the following days leading up to the main draw.
- 649 @ 08:00
- 652 @ 08:00
- 655 @ 08:00

eg:
If you purchase your ticket before 08:00 on day 649, you will automatically be entered into the day 649 draw.

The mini-draw winners will be announced in my paper and the will be sent their free ticket number via private message.


2. Shoot 'Em Up

If you purchase 2 or more tickets, I automatically extend you an offer to purchase up to 3 Q1 weapons from me for the price of only $5.50 a piece (0.099 gold per weapon)


3. Refer a Friend

For every 5 friends who you refer and who purchase tickets, you will receive 1 extra ticket free of charge.

If you would like to take part in this promotion, send me a message and I will allocate you a unique referee number which you must tell your friends. When your friends then purchase a ticket, they will need to send me a private message quoting your referal number.
