I Oogieboogie3 will be running for congress again under the North Korean Communist Front for Hwangae. I've run against the Russians for months with no success, but now that we are free I feel as if I have a chance again. My platform will be to help fulfill the President's goals for economic recovery, which I already see making a difference. I can obviously be trusted because most of you know me to be a long time North Korean patriot...
