New democratic legislation system in place

People of Pakistan!
This is my first message to you as Prime Minister and it's important.
It has come to my attention that the leadership and law-making system of this country was a bit non-democratic.
So I had talks with the Dictator and we came up with a democratic way to run things around here
This is how a law will be passed in the new system
Step 1 Law is proposed*
Step 2 Message thread on law is started by the person who proposes the law
Step 3 CP, Congress Members and Cabinet Ministers vote and debate on the law on that message thread
Step 4 If approved law goes to CD
Step 5 He/She approves or vetoes law
Step 6 If CD approves it becomes a law in 24 hrs
*Only CD, CP, Congress Members and Cabinet Ministers can propose a law

This as we have always wanted to work from the beginning, even when we had Democracy, but many PTOers congressmen never discussed any law, never debated to approve citizenships, etc.
It was we decided to establish Dictatorship like a security measure. That is what the PAK Dictatorship should not be seen as negative, it was allowed us to keep away the PTOers

This can be a good start to try to carry it forward

Yeah dictatorship should not being seen as a negative things from democracy, the dictatorship only a security measures for Pakistan to repel pto.

And the system should going like usual in democratic way
