Alright everyone. I may not agree with all of his moves, but this time I agree with Plato. Everyone got the message, everyone's read the message ten times, so I won't repeat it in here. In my opinion, toolboxes weren't good for the economy in the first place. RM prices went down because they were coming in a lot faster. It was nearly impossible for me to sell my RMs and make a decent profit.
A lot of people are freaking out because they think there will be a huge change to the economic module. This won't happen, and I'm pretty sure of it. According to this article, an admin told them nothing will be changed besides the toolboxes. If this is the case, GOOD JOB PLATO!
If he did one thing wrong, it was telling us just a few days in advance. I saved up all my RMs for a big bonus, and now I won't have time to use them all. This is the case for a lot of people. Another problem is that now RM prices are dropping well below twenty cents. This makes it even more impossible to sell them at a good rate.
Yes, Plato's message was very vague, you could take away anything from it. This is why there was much panic, frustration, and anger. I think that from now on no matter what happens people will be upset with him, it's just the way things go. After reading the message, I myself was very curious. After reading what the admin said, I felt better. No major changes, nothing to worry about, phew.
Like I said, this is a good move. RM prices will once again go up and I'll be able to sell everything for a reasonable price. So, I'm not worried, but a lot of people are, so if that admin wasn't telling the complete truth then this may become a problem. Other than that, thanks Plato, although it was a dumb move to put them into the game in the first place.

I agree with you Kookuy, even if I'm one of those that buy raw materials, and toolbox was a good way to not spend much, for me.

That is not a very ambiguous statement. Seems pretty clear to me that other steps are forthcoming, in fact. On one they almost explicitly state that change is coming. Three hours later they say that it is not. Are these guys retarded?

Well Orgs were useless besides storage and international newspaper so Instead People Can Buy Storage Space and instead of Orgs how about a option that lets us print an article in a country of our choice instead of your CS Nation

I think anyone who still has them should get to use them or set an exchange program for them, as they should be considered property. Other than that, I agree they were just more destabilizing meddling in the dysfunctional economy of eRep.
I'm not saying that we need toolboxes, I'm just suspicious of what Plato is up to. He never does something simple. It must be total annihilation or nothing.

It seems that I have invested too much in those raw mines...And Plato is probably going to do something to fu*k them up so I guess that I fu*cked it up again but this is just a game so I don't give a cr*p. And the removal of the toolboxes costed me a lot since I made a whole fortune out of them. As Plato said that is only the first step so probably he will fu*k up more things anyway enough of me yapping...Voted

if your worried about profit sell your WRM's to the bot. i know the bot doesnt exist, but it still buys my WRM's every day (and my Q3 food too)
