Hello, I am American Border Collie, and this is my announcement of candidacy for the eUnited States Congress.

We are faced with a very unique situation this upcoming election. Most of the country has been taken over by hostile PEACE nations. It is the worst condition that anyone could have ever forseen. People love to point fingers, and lay blame on certain individuals. It is very easy to blame someone, but extremely difficult to push past those errors.

I can assure you, I will not look back in order to lay blame on anyone, or to analyze what happened and why. We all know what happened, and there are possibly many unseen deals and events that happened behind the scenes for many months that led up to this. Can I prove it? No, I can't. And neither can any other candidate unless they were involved. I will never accuse anybody of anything unless I have sufficient and competent evidence to support my claims.

Therefore, it is necessary to look forward. Many citizens may be distraught at the loss of the eUnited States and feel that it is all over. But, I can assure you that this is only the beginning. Can we lose all our regions? Of course. But, that means PEACE will gain more.


PEACE feasting on a high-resource region.

PEACE is getting very large. However, the bigger they are, the harder they fall when they trip over their own feet. It is only a matter of time before the fat man flops over. But until that time, we must remain underground and reorganize. Gradually, we will reclaim our lands and raise the American Flag once again. In order to do that, we must put aside our differences and work toward a common goal: reclaiming our homeland and a place in the world.

But, we have not lost everything yet. And therefore, I would like to lay out what I believe we should do. We should switch to a predominantly manufacturing country with emphasis on trade. Unfortunately, to survive, we may need to speak to our PEACE counterparts and work out a trade agreement so that we may prosper.

"Work with PEACE? Are you out of your blitzin' mind?!" No, I am not. The truth is that before we can take any military action, we must have a strong economy to drive it. And, right now, most of the high-resource regions are owned by PEACE. It will become unavoidable. We should adjust now so that if the point comes where there is no other option for the rest of the world, we already have a foot in the door.

On the military, We cannot continue full scale military operations and should cut back to only fund our tanks to help our allies. Funds should be set aside in a contingency account in the event our homeland comes under attack again. But, with the loss of many companies and citizens in captured states and the diaspora spread around the world, it will be incredibly difficult to collect revenue through taxes alone. That is why we need to find new creative ways to create revenue for our nation, to help us rebuild.

I have been working closely with the government while in exile, and have been assisting with a plan to reorganize the eUSA into a stronger and better country. My goal, as a Congressman, is to assist in facilitating the changes as they come along in order to prepare us for the high position we will once again assume in the not too distant future.

And so, I ask you, the Citizens of the eUSA, will you help me achieve this goal for all of us? I cannot do it without your help. Please lend me your vote, and I will not disappoint.
