Mr Crumpets Opinion on the current Government

Only two words can describe Dr Hugh Jordan and his current eAustralian Government:
It took some serious Big Balls to take the eAustralian Government, and be default it's community, away from the XG controlled forum after all these years, but it was the right decision in the end
For the last year and a half, the community had stalled. Like the game of eRepublik itself, it was going nowhere, fast.
The community on that forum was virtually dead. Chatter was fading, and the only thing we would debate was Binda33's access to areas she should not have been in.
If ever eAustralia was to start a fresh and move forward, it needed to breakaway from that forum and who controlled it.
I'm not saying those people were bad for eAustralia. They had severed the country well for many years, but of the last year or two, the past was tying the country down from moving forward, as some players (especially Binda33) could not let go of their power... their urge to have their finger in the pie.
It had been argued many times that change was needed, but never really happened. Sure different parties and people would lead, but it was always the same old suspects in cabinet or with some forum power.
Dr Hugh Jordan has stepped into an unknown world. A new forum/community, almost all of the famous players gone and a very small population base.
People will look back on this period as the most important turning point in our eNation's history or perhaps the end of eAustralia in this game.
It's a long hard road from here and it wont be easy, but let's hope it brings new respect and importantly players for this country.
I urged all players, that in each new article you right, to promote the new forums so people know where to go.
Dr Hugh Jordan, good luck to your government, your country and your BIG BALLS.

Yes, they are BIG. Claire sent me pictures.
Apart from the photo taken with a wide angle lens I was required to view it on a large projector screen to get the full view.

But that has left the future eCP in a predicament. While we know Claire has put her hand up to continue the fine work Dr Hugh has started, and I do believe she will get the spot in the upcoming election. One has to wonder what sort of quandary this will put the Jardon/Louise family in.
It is easy to 'fill someones big shoes', but there 'big balls'? will Claire step out and show the world that she has a big set like the original Iron Lady Margaret Thatcher (rest in peace); will Hugh freely admit that Claire's set is mightier and better hung then his own? and on an even more of a questionable note, will he be happy to let Claire wear the pants and for him to raise his leg when they kiss.....
I am sitting on the edge of my chair with anticipation.... plus in the need for the bar keep to get me another JD.

The issue won't be following Hugh, it will be the person following Hugh and Claire.
Following a couple of good terms we need someone with experience to follow on and keep things ticking along nicely.
There are always people who are willing to jump in once we are at the bottom and ready for the turn-around so their name can go up in lights as the saviour but a country heading forwards and upwards who wants to be the one who may slip and take the country down?
Truth is no one cares anymore.
