Some of you are asking yourself wtf is going on right now, so let me explain. I’ve just received the INCI nomination for President. This wasn’t something I actively sought out, and originally I said that quiet behind the scenes support from my friends was enough for me. KutlukBilgeKulKagan has been a great supporter of mine for well over a month, and we’ve been working together about as long. When he told me he was approaching the Reyiz Council about not just supporting me, but giving me an in-game endorsement, I was a bit taken aback. INCI hasn’t nominated anyone in the last two elections, and I didn’t expect that to change. Kutluk asked me to speak with the Council, so I did so. All they asked was that I find a way to help the OWLS become OMS compliant, and work within the existing system.


Kutluk is a solid bro

To that end, I’ve been digging through their roster and I think that we’ve found a workable solution. They use a commune rotation, rather then having everyone work in it every day. OMS already confirms all commune workers each week before distributing funding, so doing the same for the OWLS shouldn’t be a problem. All it’s going to take is a strong effort to keeping communication lines open between OMS and the OWLS, so that everyone is on the same page. I will personally facilitate this process. The OWLS already fight for America, they commune, and we have not had any issues with elections in quite some time. INCI are Americans just as much as any other group, so we need to treat them as such. If it means we spend a little extra time talking things out so that we can make this a reality, then that’s what we need to do.

This article is primarily about INCI, but as today was supposed to be Defense/Foreign Affairs day in my media timetable, I’ll talk about a program I’d like to start up for the military.

Recently, a friend of mine was banned. He’s back, got a new account, and is chugging along. What I mean by that is that he’s on his third day of eLife, is a Sergeant***, level 18, and has 131.5 Strength (missions helped here). If we supply new boot camp members who are under a month old with full tank fights every day for a week, we can boost their rank, which means more fights, which means more XP, which means more gold in their hands earlier, and more damage over the length of their eLife.

We used to fund tanks with some gold for training, but the difference in being a tank with 4000 strength and a tank with 4010 strength doesn’t measure up to being a month old player who just broke 500 strength and who just made Major, instead of sitting at 300 strength and being a Lieutenant. We can help these new players feel engaged, and boost our damage for virtually no cost. Tanks are cheap, food is cheap, and with the new companies Admin gives every new account, they can work towards self sufficiency much faster. That extra gold they get from levelling faster will help them upgrade their food company, and to buy a better food RM company.

Bundan sonra, ordu listelerine baktım ve sanırım işe yarar bir çözüm de buldum. OMS her hafta ödeme yapmadan önce komünlerde çalışanları denetlediğinden, OWLS için de bir sorun olmayacak. Tek yapılması gereken OWLS ve OMS arasındaki iletişimi sürekli ve güçlü tutmak, böylece herkes olan bitenin farkında olacaktır. OWLS zaten Amerika için savaşıyor, komünleri var ve uzunca süredir de seçimlerde hiçbir sorun yaşanmadı. INCI de en az diğer gruplar kadar Amerikalı bu yüzden onlara da bu şekilde yaklaşmamız şart. Eğer bu bazı şeyleri çözmek konusunda normalden fazla zaman harcamayı gerektiriyorsa, öyle olsun.

Bu makale aslen INCI ile alakalı, ama bugünün Savunma/Dış İşleri ile ilgili makaleye ait olması gerektiğinden, ordu için başlatmayı düşündüğüm bir programı da açıklamak istiyorum.

(görevler sayesinde amk) Eğer 1 aydan genç acemi birliği üyelerini full tanklarla bir hafta boyunca her gün savaştırırsak, rütbelerini tavan yaptırmış oluyoruz ki bu da daha fazla savaş, daha fazla xp ve ellerinde daha erkenden daha fazla altın olması ve oyun süreleri boyunca daha fazla damage vurmaları anlamına geliyor.

Eskiden tanklara booster için altın dağıtırdık ancak strsi 4000 olan bir tankla 4010 olan arasındaki fark, bir ay oynayıp 500 Stryi yakalayan ve Major olmuş bir oyuncuyla 300 Strde takılıp Lieutenant’ı anca yakalamış bir oyuncu arasındaki farkla kıyaslanamaz bile. Bu yeni oyuncuları oyunda tutabilir ve vuruş gücümüzü de neredeyse yok pahasına tavana vurdurabiliriz. Tanklar ucuz, eppek ucuz ve adminlerin verdiği yeni şirketler sayesinde de kendi kendilerine yetme konusunda da epey yol almış oluyorlar. Hızlı level atlamadan kazandıkları altınlarla da ekmek şirketlerini yükseltebilir ve daha iyi hammadde şirketleri satın alabilirler.
