Hereby I proudly announce that the Ministry of Education has been finally set up! Though part of the MoE has been written down in a previous article, I want to describe the staff, and the roles :

Kitsune Usureki - Minister of Education

The Minister of Education is ought to set up the Ministry of Education, and while organizing the staff, He or She is also ought to run the Senpai / Kohai program offically (or announce the offical distributor instead), oversee the maintance of the eJapanese Wiki Pages, and the MoE should help inexperienced citizens in private PMs, if needed.

Lucifel - Vice Minister of Education

If the Minister of Education is away for some reason, the Vice Minister of Education has right to replace His or Her superior.
